Poor quality mattresses... cheap factory made *******, doesn't live up to the guarantee. Bad customer after services from the new owners Rather buy a reputable brand. A bad experience alround. One of the worst bedding companies out there.
I got home, my chicken nuggets were not in my order. I phoned McDonalds, Waterkloof. Management answered, I spoke about my issue, she was very friendly, well spoken in English. I said I could only come two days later, she was happy to help. I got there after two days, staff was friendly. I was given my chicken nuggets, plus! A free complimentary large burger meal. Thankyou to management Lilian! Great customer service.
Poor quality mattress, awful customer service. Guarantee and warranty not honoured, bad news, rather use a reputable bed company.
I find every time I go to checkers to buy food, I have an awful experience, at their hot food counter. The ladies that work behind the counters are incredibly over weight, lazy, inattentive, sometimes just magically vanish to the back of the shop... Also rude, if you question them about the age of the food. The hot meats and poultry, are well over priced. Most of the time, the food is dried out from standing. I have seen a number of times, flies sitting on the food. I have purchased "chicken" that was off numerous times, I had to drive all the way back, ask for a refund, stand in a queue and fill out a book, while trying to explain... Their food is off, and not fit for human consumption.... Customer service just stare at you with a blank look, like a zombie. I've had a runny stomach quite a few times. It's like they are selling poison and just don't care. It's mostly in the smaller run checkers, management seem oblivious to what's happening in the stores. I would like to give some credit to checkers hypers, they are pretty clean and efficient, food is better with more variety.
I purchased a mattress at Falcon beds, Lynwood, with a 2 year guarantee, 15 year, warranty. After a couple of weeks the matteress started sagging in the middle. I reported it. The unfriendly store manager- owner came to look at it, laid on it a few seconds, said it was body impressions and left. I told him I'm very unhappy with the mattress and would like to change it. After 8 hours it felt like I was sleeping in a ditch, awful, aches and pain. It said 120kg weight on the covering, I weigh under 85kg. After contacting the store. I was told the mattress, won't be changed or refunded. I was told it was all in my mind, I don't know what I'm talking about. The owner-manager is a very dishonest, rude, deceptive individual, who is using cheap, poor quality materials, and disguising the product with fancy fabrics, to deceive the buyer. There are no SABS, approved markings. I've been swindled out of my money and conned with a false guarantee. Falcon beds, decides on what's best for the customer and himself. How, you think and feel is not in their interests. Selling defective products, not living up to customer satisfaction guarantee... A Crooked conman!
