So disappointing, I contacted their support line for a refund, it's been a month an no response. Rather use a reliable provider who communicate with customers.
I visited South Coast mall clicks, where I found a 3 for 2 sticker on milky bar buttons. I was charged full price, asked them about the 3 for 2 offer because it had a sticker, they said it does not apply to this product. Please advise why the 3 for 2 sticker was on the product if it does not qualify. I went on to return my items, however I did want it at the 3 for 2 price. Does the sticker not mean 3 for 2? Are the staff well-trained? Do they know what the sticker means? They said the sticker does not apply to 3 for 2. This was at clicks south coast mall, KZN.
They need better mechanics/technicians My car went in with one issue and came out with another. It has a loud rattling noise in the engine now. A deaf person could hear it, but the technician can't. My car is still on maintenance plan, maybe that is why he didn't want to do more work and figure out what the noise is. Absolutely pathetic workmanship. These are the technicians at South Coast VW. They need some training, or do they purposely rush jobs and do the bare minimum. The service from SC vw was excellent, the only issue is with their technicians. I don't think they know much about diagnosing. Please send them help from Durban, which is where will be forced to turn to.
I have listed my phone for two months, reduced the price alot, but still no sale. They don't take my calls or respond to emails. My advice - take your phone to cash crusaders
Transunion listed my cellphone as ******, I have a report from Samsung saying my phone is legitimate, I have the invoice showing I paid for the phone. I tried contacting transunion for help but they don't want to. Just ruined the value of my phone for now reason.
I bought an S20 ultra in 2021 from takealot and paid R20000 in full to them. I received the phone and it worked perfectly to date (26/02/2024). I recently tried to trade in the device as there was specials available to get a new device. I tried at vodacom and mtn. The informed me the device was blacklisted. I called takealot and they said they use a third party. Do the sell electronics from reputable third parties? Are they aware they are selling ****** goods? I am aware things depreciate over time. But to me to sit with an item of 0 value now because it's technically a ******/*****ulent device is pathetic. My advice to anyone is not to buy any electronics from takealot as they take no accountability in such instances. You rather pay more elsewhere so you have peace of mind that you are not getting ****** merchandise.
This review relates to cellucity. I am trying to trade in my cellphone at the gateway branch. They receive an error message - "transunion - failed. This device is listed in checkmend database. " The branch does not know what this means. They advised me to call someone. They do not know who. It has been referred to the manager, they are absolutely clueless about it. I supp**** the original invoice where I paid cash for the phone. I called my network provider and they laughed, saying it can't be blacklisted and still work. I called samsung and they advised everything checks out on their system and all is in order. All parties who I was told to call said that the store who is rejecting the trade in should provide a detailed explanation. Perhaps the manager at the gateway branch needs some training on customer service, or to be replaced all together. I am a branch manager in a bank and I can tell you this is not the service of a manager. He/she sits in the back and only takes calls from staff. Staff look afraid to talk to the manager. As a manager you should not neglect customers and their needs.
After being loyal to Samsung my whole life I am finally ready to move to any other brand. I recently paid R7500 for a screen repair for my Samsung galaxy s20 ultra. I have taken the utmost care of this phone from the day I bought it. By doing nothing wrong how did my screen break? Are these phones not made to last so customers purchase newer models? The price of the screens are ridiculous and you should rather use cheaper materials to make the screens seeing as they don't last anyway. At least this way when we need to replace it, it doesn't cause such damage to our livelihoods. Do you realize the economic conditions of South africa when you charge so much for the repairs and services of your products? Do you realize we save up for years to buy the products and then we must spend more to repair them as well? CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT JUST SAYS OH WELL NOTHING THEY CAN DO.
Terrible service, pay for 1 type of car and receive another. I paid almost R1000 extra to have an automatic, when I reach the capetown airport they say they don't have automatics, but they will see what they can do by the next day. Next day comes I realize they have given me a fake number to call to arrange the swap over. This is pathetic customer service. I should be refunded for all the days I am forced to use a cheaper car that I didnt ask for which is not automatic. This is specifically directly towards thrifty car rentals (sani) Capetown.
I recently purchased a vw polo gti, the brakes made a noise from day one. When I sent it in they told me everything is fine and brakes squeak sometimes. A few weeks later, the squeaks are worse and there are rattles. When I called in they say that brakes do squeak. Is there anyone who can investigate the level of workmanship at south coast vw. My car is on maintenance plan till 2025 and I fear what more I am in store for with this level of service. I have driven another polo which is relatively new, and I hear no squeaks and rattles.
