Lazy and good for nothing.
Absolutely ********** treatment. There were many staff working today at the store but not a single one greeted or interacted with my wife when she went there. They stood right in front of her and still just ignored her. However certain customers were attended do based on certain characteristics while others were completely ignored. Not the first time this has happened at the Sandton City store.

Mochahos Kelvin - Appalling service and ever worse food!!!
Absolutely appalling service, called to place an order and was kept waiting on the line for three minutes until finally my order was taken. Went to the store to pick up my order only to find food being prepared by candlelight. When I got home my food was cold due to their being no warming rack due to power. The chips were refried and burnt and the chicken strips looking malnourished and tiny which were also burnt to a crisp. Manager is *********** and wants to blame me for coming late to pick up when I had to wait ten minutes for a driver to come back with the only working POS machine. Once it arrived it took a further ten minutes for the transaction to go through... Not my first bad experience with them but will definitely be my last.

Stay away from Burgerack Sandton
Absolutely appalling service from Burgerack Sandton. Food to 30 minutes to arrive even though we were the only one’s there. When the food finally arrived it was cold and while eating the burger I found a hair and immediately called the waitress. She then called the manager who is completely incompetent who insinuated that I put the hair in my food even though I was sick to my stomach and hadn’t even eaten half my food. Safe to say I will never eat there again or advise anyone to eat there ever again.

Disgusting service McDonald’s Woodmead
I am disgusted by the service I received yesterday at McDonald’s Woodmead. I was told by an employee named Aaron the he doesn’t like people coming to his counter if he doesn’t call them. Even though the food was ready on the counter and my number being displayed to collect my food. There were people waiting there the entire time before me and not a word said to them. He didn’t greet and was very rude and condescending and felt he was superior and honestly felt like he was rascist towards us coz of skin colour. Even simple requests were nit followed as no ice in the drink and no pickles were followed. I would nit recommend anybody go this store.

Excellent Service
Received excellent service, the consultant assisted and followed up through the entire process. The process of signing up was really easy and no frills.
