Horrible Insurance company
My car has been with budget insurance since 17 Novemver for processing till today my claim hasn't been approved, they keep on providing excuses. Now it means its over a month and a week without approving a claim, what a horrible insurance company. I have complained over 3 times, they just don't care and keep on providing excuses.

Poor service and ****s
First of all, they didn't respect my consent about marketing and advertising. I complained and never got feedback on my complaint. I then canceled their service, I got debited last week, reversed the debit, and then sent an email to them to stop debiting my account since I canceled their service. I got debited again today. Totally **** of a business, who is going to keep paying for the debit reversal

Horrible company, i regret
For anyone who is thinking of using DebtBusters please don't do it. They will influence you to sign up everything then ignore when you have questions. I was called by Simbarashe Chikuni one of their consultants, i been sending emails to him he never even replied. Its a horrible company and i just started, tomorrow is my payday, i don't even know what's going to happen. Their motor is to ignore you once you give then what they want.

worse insurance company
This is one of the most frustrating insurance company ever, they'll give you a headache when claiming. My car has now 4 weeks without progress on the claim, don't even know what to do. They never answer my messages.

Fraudulent sales
An agent called me from Minsure selling me a cellphone insurance cover for R146, I agreed for the cover. After evrything was done, two days later the policy document came with a premium of R160. I HATE THIS COMPANY. To anyone that wants to take cover with this company, please dont take it. They make fraudulent sales.
