MTN Useless
1st of August and my MTN August payment was deducted but I am still awaiting my July invoice to be able to claim from the company! Several calls/complaints/reference numbers but no action!

MTN Invoice/statement
It is the 25th of July and I still have not received my invoice to be able to claim the payment back from my company! Called the helpline and it is not even in existence on their system. This is shocking for a company that deducts payments diligently on the 1st of every month........

Malawian Airlines sad service
I traveled to Blantyre and my suitcase lock and zip has been completely broken out but nothing was stolen. I reported it at the airport and with the local Malawian Airline office. I returned with the ripped-open suitcase 11 days later, all wrapped to keep it together. Did email them when back at the office in RSA but Still no communication regarding my complaint/insurance claim. These flights are exuberant costly and this is their service!

Late Billing
Last month I received my Bill late and complained and again this month the same thing. My monthly contract runs from the 11th of every month and 4 days later no Bill. I need this to claim my money back from the company, but every month I have to ask!

MTN Monthly accounts/invoices
Every month I have to wait more than 7 days to get my monthly invoice from MTN Accounts to be able to claim back from my Company. I have to send emails monthly to hurry them up and it does not get better! My contract activation date is the 11th of every month, today is the 18th and 4 mails later, no invoice yet!

MTN Invoices or statements
It is the end of May and MTN, a Billion/s Rand organization cannot send out Invoices to their customers! You cannot even get it on their websites!. Need to claim back from our companies with no update proof to attach!

Bad service and not making sure a returned phone is working perfectly
I handed in my CAT S 60 with MTN in Cresta on 25 March and I received it on 20 May. The problem is that the phone is working again, but the microphone NOT! I have to talk on speaker phone! My question - Certainly all this need to be tested before handing it back especially if taking that long!
