Please take note these complaints were directed to management more than once, with no feedback whatsoever. Not even acknowledgement. When booking the vehicle at Ford Hatfield I first requested my wheel alignment to be done and explicitly stated that when I drive approximately 120km/h I can feel something is wrong (The main reason I brought in my car) I was told there is a special and the wheel alignment will be done. Right before payment, I noticed on the job card no wheel alignment was done. I asked the advisor and she said they didn't do it because they have to take it to an external provider. She further told me the dealership has a markup of 40% so it will be cheaper if I take it directly to a provider (what a pathetic attempt to cover no service). This is unprofessional, to say the least. I do not have time to take it to another provider and I need to travel with my vehicle. I was quoted an amount of aprox. R1900 for my service when booking in, the next day the price was double, aprox. R3800, for the service alone. I had to first convince the advisor that this is not acceptable and she had to sort it out. I was given a long list of small things that need flushing and I don't know what to improve my car performance, including my windscreen wipers that need replacing. Something I knew did not need replacing! This was confirmed after the service again. The service advisor phoned me to inform me my vehicle is ready for collection, I told her I will be there in half an hour. When I got there I had to wait another 45 minutes for the vehicle because the documentation and invoicing wasn't ready yet. In 2017 I was told there is a campaign to replace the steering hose but they don't have the parts. In 2018 I was told it was replaced with the service. Now in 2019 I was told again it was replaced. The service advisor could not explain how this is possible.

It cost us an extra R8000 because of incompetence of STA travel. STA Travel Sandton booked tickets for connecting flights that excludes luggage! Without stipulating on quotation! We only found out when we arrived!
We had to pay thousands of rands for luggage while abroad because the agent at STA travel, Leon Ras, arranged tickets that excludes luggage. Our only option was to pay the money or leave all our belongings in a foreign country. The agent doesn’t provide feedback after numerous enquiries.
