Extremely bad service by the receptionist she insist i must tell her whats my medical condition then she will speak to one of the doctors and then they will decide if they can help me or not, Since when does a receptionist have to know what my medical condition is? What about patients rights? She is not a doctor . She is very rude and sarcastic . I will never go there again This place does not care about medical a receptionist does not have the right to know what my condition is !!! I will take this to the medical board also
I had to go to casualtys because of hypertentions stage 2 discovery medical aid advised me to go there. After all the tests etc has been done and needed to be admitted to cardio icu discovery came back and said that i need to wait 8 working houers for assesment on forms that needs to be sent in and after that it can take 4-8working days for auth on hospital admission!!!!!by that time im dead The excuse is that i cannot use hospital admission or emergency in less from 12months from joining.even that i dont have a waiting period. They keep on saying you have to go home and wait for us to come back when ever ****ING USSELESS COMPANY!!!!! Will never again make use of this company
We get very bad cust service the elderly lady who comunicates on the phone and at the head office in waterkloof pta is very rude she interupts you when you try to explain the problem We baught a ride on car and a hoverboard with an attachment for my 2 daughters in nov 2022 as christmass gifts However the christmas morning when they opened their gifts the hoverboard stopped working after about 30min of use we tried to return the unit where the elderly lady was very rude we eventualy managed to return the unit and after a few weeks got feedback that the unit was repaired by them it suffered a plug in mallfunction they state my daughter drifted the unit and jumped the unit of pavements etc. And that i will not get a refund. After the unit was returned hoping everything is in order the unit worked for about 150m on smooth pavement then the one motor stopped working. I returned the unit for a refund ass this is clearly a faulty unit I get told that we are not allowed to refund the unit as they need to repair the unit After numerous struggles i get told that i need to email them (already have been doing so since day 1)and manage ment will get back to me as they cannot transfer me to speak to one off them. They state that the marks on the unit is because off the unit being used incorrectly.but it is their attachment what is causing the scratches on the unit we requested the unit to be refunded as the unit also cannot switch off while yhe attachment is mounted to the unit everytime we need to remove the attachment while the unit is moving to switch off. The company just states that we do not qualify for a refund
Placed 2 orders and paid for and only recieved half of my order the other half is out on delivery for 2 days now from the centurion branch and the delivery adress is 6km away from them. they still dont know whats happening with my order when i phone they get very rude and does not seem that they want to help me at all. When i baught the goods online all were in stock at the centurion branch and still is . So till today im still waiting for my orders to arrive. No one can tell me where it is One person say the courier collected it and gives me a waybill no I phone the courier company and they dont even know about my waybill or any order from makro to collect and deliver. This is extremely bad service Even when i went in to the store no one wanted to help until they started to lock up and then only they gave me half an excuse of they are closing now they can not help me Will not recomend this store to no one
