When my initial price lock plan lapsed in December of 2018 I wanted to renew it. After being contacted by the price lock team I was offered a 12month deal as part of a black Friday promotion. I opted for this deal. When I enquired in December of 2019 to find out on which date this price lock plan will expire I was told that I was mistakenly put onto a 24 month price lock plan and not on the 12 month deal I opted for. I contacted the Mutlichoice call center to remedy the situation but was given reference numbers and was instructed to await feedback which never came. (On each occasion I called) . Eventually I was advised to contact the price lock team by smsing the 37408 number. I did so on 19 December 2019 and was again told that my call had to escalate and someone will phone me back within 72 hours. I never go feedback. Today I sms’d the number again and a consultant phoned me and gave me the same response as the last time. I am getting tired of being given the run around and being told to wait.

Had a claim which was processed quickly. The agent (Andre Engelbrecht) was very friendly and he handled my claim efficiently. Would highly recommend this insurer.

Terrible. Don't waste your time and money. Placed order and paid for it and then the stories started. When they decide to reply to emails they only send generic replies and keep on delaying delivery. They never answer phone calls. The chat function on the website (www.capeappliances.co.za) is useless....they read my messages and don't reply. Its like they really can't be bothered.
