**** artists, take your premium with a smile, but when you have a claim no feedback is given I am waiting nearly 2 months for a claim that should be simple. Please report these people to the FSCA should you have a similar issue.
I was honestly a huuuuuge russell hobbs fan, however recently we purchased a microwave which was working perfectly up until yesterday when it nearly exploded in my kitchen with me standing infront of it. I am truly grateful that I was present to stop it when I did, who knows what could've happened if I had walked out the room whilst it happened. I will honestly not be recommending russell hobbs to anyone and I will be sure to replace everything from your brand in my home, it will also no longer be a gift from myself to anyone for any occasion. Please be sure to get this problem sorted.
I have honestly always been a huge supporter of Telkom, ensuring that I set the record straight when people complain about Telkom or their service. However my perspective has changed today and will never be the same again. I am looking to cancel one of my 3 contracts with Telkom in order to possibly take out a new contract. Whilst trying to do so I had to contact their call centre which suddenly doesn't provide you with the option to speak to a call centre Agent, 'cool' I thought "this might be due to Covid-19 we don't want our people to get sick because of them having to sit in offices all day". So finally I resort to their online chat to an agent, first I am assisted by a wonderful lady named Dineo who is brilliant at doing her thing, whilst Dineo is looking for my account information she is experiencing problems, understandable as everything is now online. Shortly after apologizing for my long wait I am disconnected from the chat... So keeping the new digital adjustment in mind I decide to try again... I am then informed of a delay once again and and and... Long story short it took me roughly 45 minutes to find out that the penalty fee is nearly equal to the remaining premiums that I have left. This is when I realised that all the accusations made by people regarding Telkom are true. I will no longer support Telkom. My and all the people who's accounts I helped run and activate, will be moved over to an alternative service provider once they have expired. Thank you Telkom for providing me with absolute clarity with your terrible customer service and insane cancellation penalties.
I am utterly disappointed in Phakamani Debt Collection Services, I was contacted for the first time in August last year pertaining an account in my name on which I supposedly owe Interfit gym over R3000.00. The problem with this is that I have requested a statement of account as well as a copy of 'my' contract, they then sent me a copy of a contract in someone else's name and each time I'm contacted the amount owing is higher. I have since queried how they can attempt to collect fees from myself for a contract in someone else's name - with that person's signature on! I honestly feel like I am now being harassed after being contacted about 6 times by different people, every time I request feedback as to why they are contacting me for someone else's contract they inform me that they will investigate, I will be reporting Phakamani to the Council for Debt Collectors for misconduct and victimization should I be contacted one more time.
