Friendly, quick and professional service. We had the best food and they gave us a complimentary chocolate pudding shot. If heaven was a taste I would say that’s what it tastes like.
REF:4673256 Wonderful how a company can advertise to get business but THINK twice before you agree to take them as your ISP. They are quick to take your money and want to deliver your router BUT when it came to them owing me a refund It's 12 Months now!!! The number on google for phone support is not active and their email addresses to get into contact with anyone is worse than Council. I received two emails confirming the refund during the past 6 months and yet it's not done...
They where out on the Monday to do the fiber installation. They installed the cable ONLY and don’t do the ONT stating it was Home-Connect’s devision only to find out 72 hrs later Evotel had to do the ONT. Still waiting and considering Rain as a better option.
