I never thought sienna respectable restaurant will do such,i took my family for husband's birthday on the 16th Oct and our bill was R2045 my husband have waiter tip of R350 i was the one who had yo pay after my husband wrote slip ,waiter took advantage of the one swiping the card and added more amout on tip to R1550 i paid with my credit card only to find outBwhen i get home when checking my statements andy husband diputed the bill M,Manager Peter did say they will have a look at it with waiter but they do see the mistake done as bill is R2045 and tip R1500 so problem i had to be the one to follow up and also enquire to get back our money which we have to make time to drive to restaurant a very big convenient to us I'm do sorry but really disappointed to all this i ask myself in a casino environment also if its happening to many people and they are getting away with this.like u ssualoy go to the one in Blueberry never had such experience.

Went with my partner and daughter to the branch. We were served by a polite gentleman, I forgot his name but it may be Shawn, or Shane but it starts with an S (for context he is tall, slim, white and was wearing a poorboy hat) he was so attentive, I even forgot my specs and he chased me around the casino to give them back to me. I really would like him acknowledged by his management

One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at a restaurant. We arrived at 18h00 with a group of 12 people, one toddler and one infant. Upon sitting down, a waiter approached with a message from the manager which was "May you breastfeed your son in the toilet, please take your food as well". This was thoroughly disrespectful and infringed on my wife's rights firstly as a nursing mother then as a woman. I asked to speak to the manager in order to understand this reasoning, this gent avoided me and my family the entire night and only came to our table 2 and a half hours later. Things got very spirited and this manager was not one ounce remorseful, talking about the comfortability of others, what about our comfortability? Is my wife suppose to eat her food in the toilet? is my son suppose to eat his meal in the toilet? Why not tell the other patrons to go eat the meal in toilet if they have a problem with a nursing child? This was the VERY first time we have ever been treated like this. Hussar Grill needs to alert their workers that nursing mothers indeed do come to this restaurant and expect a breast to be popped out. It is utter nonsense that this happened even worse trying to buy me with shots of alcohol. STOP INFRINGING ON BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!

I came in yesterday with my friend, as i aways come there, i enjoy the food and the margaritas. Yesterday we decided to sit by the bar with my friend and ordered margaritas, the waiter gave us snacks which was olives and dried potatoes. As we are sitting then comes a couple they literally sit next to us. I then noticed their snacks had biltong in it. Biltong, olives and dried potatoes. Which we were served by the same person, out of curiosity I called the waiter asked him why we ddnt get the biltong. lol this guy literally said to me, the biltong is offered to only “regulars” i then said but im always here. Or other branches. I asked the guy how do you track regulars here because what i know is shift changes do you guys perhaps have a loyalty card or what’s happening? Something that tracks that your a regular. Because of he ended up not knowing what to say to me. I then asked him to call his manager so they can explain to me. Mathapelo the manager was very tired rude and not in the mood to talk to us. I asked her the same question about the biltongs, she said to me “ya we give biltong to regulars” I ask her what is a regular because I come here 4-5times in a month, she said because she doesn’t know me with an attitude. I am very disappointed about the service I got yesterday, I don’t understand why are we not treated equally to be honest, that’s not how you treat your customers, and the response literally shook me. Even worse the response from the manager it was not good at all. They all don’t even have name tags. They don’t even introduce themselves.

Absolutely delighful and quaint atmosphere - greeted with breadsticks and biltong piences on a board before being seated at our reserved table. Friendly waiters and waitresses who converse with their customers and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing and I just loved every moment of it. The displays of the books and the wines which incl's the book we received our bill in is extremely unique and I definately recommend this restaurant to everyone - will definately go back again and again.
