I’m being so generous with that 1- star rating! I'm still fuming as I write this review about the disgusting experience I've had with Craft Homes, specifically with Donald the Estate Manager at the Marksman and Gustav the Rental Manager. Let's start with the most disturbing issue - the rats in my unit. Rats. In my home. I've reported it to Donald and Gustav, and instead of taking responsibility, they had the nerve to firstly ask me “if I still see and have them” as though I’ve taken them as my pets now and to further tell me to "fumigate" the apartment myself. Not to mention the profanity and telling me I'm being “Lastig” and “Be***”. I’m not living here under refuge, I would like the same urgency you require your rentals to be settled in. So I’m not being difficult, I just want a safe and pest-free living environment. On top of the rat infestation, I've been without Wi-Fi for ages. I've complained multiple times, and the solution they've offered is to move me to a one-bedroom apartment or purchase a new router (which they did, but still haven't installed since October last year). It's mind-boggling that they can't even get this sorted. And if that wasn't enough, I had burst pipes in my bathroom, which led to mold growth. While they fixed the pipes, they didn’t fix the tiles and didn't address the mold issue properly. It's like they're just patching things up without actually fixing the problem. The lack of accountability and respect from these managers is appalling. It's clear they're more interested in collecting rent than providing a safe and habitable living environment. I'm appalled that I've had to endure this kind of treatment.
Went with my partner and daughter to the branch. We were served by a polite gentleman, I forgot his name but it may be Shawn, or Shane but it starts with an S (for context he is tall, slim, white and was wearing a poorboy hat) he was so attentive, I even forgot my specs and he chased me around the casino to give them back to me. I really would like him acknowledged by his management
It’s actually so sad that my employer has probably already paid the institution, unbeknownst to them that I haven’t even enrolled let alone register because your admissions consultants leave our applications lagging. I have been following up with Abigail Mupfeka for MONTHS and she ignores my emails. When I try to restart the process it tells me to resume the already pending application. When I call student support they place me on hold for over an hour. This is actually diabolical, I am afraid of what awaits me for the remainder of the year.
I withdrew from my Two-Pot in SEPTEMBER. It’s February now. No feedback from Momentum, No communication, We cannot get through to customer service. This is frustrating. Turnaround time advised was 14 working days. It’s been 104 working days. This is insane.
I went to the drive through at Burger King in Riversands, firstly the store was empty yet they took almost 25 minutes to bring our meal. We ordered two Extra Long Chilli Cheese meals, only one was brought out. We had to wait for the second one, and that took forever as well, we were asked to wait in the parking. As soon as our order arrived we drove off, only to find the Extra Long Chilli Cheese burgers had NO CHEESE!!! The store is empty, why is everything such a mess there? At some point the lady at the payments window asked us not to proceed forward then after 10 minutes of holding traffic asked us to drive to the next window. What an unprofessional fast food place.
The problem is you guys want us to come on here before you assist us, so here I am. I have been calling and emailing student support for over a week now, I don’t have access to my student portal, I don’t have access to my mails. I’m kept on hold for over 30 minutes at a time only to be told I will get a call back and never receive it till I call again myself. My student advisor uMonde whom I requested to get changed at the BEGINNING of the semester because he is just utterly useless and never knows anything is still as useless as the time I asked him to be replaced by someone else. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ALLOW ME ACCESS TO MY EMAILS AND STUDENT PORTAL!!! I cannot wait to finish this year so that I can f*kof to another institution that has no admin issues such as this. Everyday it’s something else for crying out loud. Why bother be a distance learning facility when you’re unable to facilitate the proper tools for us to efficiently access our information online?
I have been requesting to change my student advisor for weeks. Since registering I have received no assistance whatsoever, no orientation on how to navigate the site. The links to access study materials and prescribed text books have been removed. Although I am trying to self navigate the information on the portal is incorrect, I have a work directed assignment that states to contact the lecturer in Sept 2023, how when we are in April of 2024. It’s a complete mess and I wish I could deregister and request a full refund because this learning experience has been horrible to say the least. Yho hayi nkosiyam
I purchased a 6- Pack of M branded long-life milk at Makro Riversands on the 18th of January. The milk was set to expire in March I think however all cartons had coagulated. My 7 year old daughter had a sore tummy from making herself cereal in my absence. I escalated this to their customer service department. I still have not received any feedback from them other than an acknowledgment of reciept of my complaint. I escalated from Twitter to their actual Customer Service department. When do I get feedback regarding this????
I found maggots in my KFC from the Riversands branch. I need someone to assist me with this
First of all I don't see why it should take me this long to get my parcel. Secondly your call center agents are useless. You CANNOT tell me they do not know who's assigned your parcel can't get hold/track your courier drivers. Unless you're using ***eons to deliver our goods. I also can't keep calling your offices 20 times to query one thing as if we're in a romantic relationship. Please respect us.
