Horrid service from OOBA and their so called claim administrators "CLC". I submitted a claim for my pool pump it took CLC a week to register my claim, it took them another week to appoint a service provider and then another week to look at my claim and damaged report only for them to tell me that there is a limitation to swimming pool claims. I have never ever received a document from them that states this, I have a different policy schedule to what they are reading. I would NEVER recommend OOBA nor CLC to my friends not even to my worst enemy as they do not deserve to go through this. I absolutely regret not going with the insurance the bank provided me with because these people are not the ones, I wonder how they survive with such pathetic service. I will be cancelling my policy as soon as Monday
If I could this business would receive 0 stars from me. I submitted a claim for my pool pump and filters. It took them a week to register the claim, it took them another week to assigned a service provider and then it took them another to look at my claim only for them to tell me that there is a limitation on swimming pool claims. They then go ahead a read out a policy schedule of which I have never ever received stating that point "2.15" says that there are limitations. Funny thing is that on my policy schedule there is not "2.15" and there is no information on swimming pool limitations. This is the worst ever claim administrators and I would NEVER recommend OOBA nor these people to anyone close to me, I would NEVER even recommend these people to my worst enemy. Dealing with CLC is exactly like talking to a brick wall. You should be ashamed of having the name "Customer Loyalty Consultants" clearly you do not know the meaning of that. Again I say STAY AWAY FROM OOBA BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE AS CLAIM ADMINS
Made a claim for an accident I had on Thursday afternoon. I spoke and dealt with Sibongile Molefe, whom I must say is an exceptional consultant. Sibongile assured me that all will be okay with the car and OUTsurance will do their utmost best to assist me in the recovery of my excess from the perpetrator. Never felt so comfortable with an insurance consultant
One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at a restaurant. We arrived at 18h00 with a group of 12 people, one toddler and one infant. Upon sitting down, a waiter approached with a message from the manager which was "May you breastfeed your son in the toilet, please take your food as well". This was thoroughly disrespectful and infringed on my wife's rights firstly as a nursing mother then as a woman. I asked to speak to the manager in order to understand this reasoning, this gent avoided me and my family the entire night and only came to our table 2 and a half hours later. Things got very spirited and this manager was not one ounce remorseful, talking about the comfortability of others, what about our comfortability? Is my wife suppose to eat her food in the toilet? is my son suppose to eat his meal in the toilet? Why not tell the other patrons to go eat the meal in toilet if they have a problem with a nursing child? This was the VERY first time we have ever been treated like this. Hussar Grill needs to alert their workers that nursing mothers indeed do come to this restaurant and expect a breast to be popped out. It is utter nonsense that this happened even worse trying to buy me with shots of alcohol. STOP INFRINGING ON BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS!!!!!!!!!!
Home-Connect decided to block my VPN access, I logged a ticket about 2 months ago. No technician has called back to date. Apart from that the speed is always consistent. Home-Connect just needs to up the service a bit when it comes to tier 2 and tier 3 support.
Cancelled my insurance with Pineapple, only to find out that the unit they installed in my car at a disguise that it is just to track my KM's for the driver discount has a binding 36 month contract with tracker. Pineapple never disclosed this with me and will have to sort this out themselves. Pathetic of pineapple. I would not advise anyone to join this insurer
