I purchased a number of items on Superbalist in my last order, which consisted of a nail file,the nail file received was in a used condition and this is totally unacceptable and unhygienic. I sent an email to Superbalist customer service with the pictures of the used and dirty nail file that I received.I requested that the matter be addressed by management as this is unacceptable...All I received from Superbalist is an email advising me on how to log a return,no apology and no consideration for the contents of my e-mail as well as the matter at hand.
Don't waste your time or money..I have sent numerous emails and no response 3weeks after I actioned and paid for the course.
I ordered an item online and the item that I received is incorrect.I have sent various emails to Foschini but for some reason they can't seem to grasp the fact that they sent the incorrect item and they need to rectify instead they are telling me that they don't do swap outs...they made a mistake instead of delivering the item that I ordered they sent me something else.The only answer that they giving me is that they will collect the incorrect order,how does that help me if I am not getting the item that I ordered and paid for?? Where is the customer service here?? they completely disregarded the fact that I paid for an item that I didn't receive and I'm sitting with something that I never wanted.. I requested a manager contact me on numerous emails which was ignored and the complaint was marked as resolved...Highly pathetic service
A Revlon hair product was advertised and I purchased it online, when I received it, the product was a no name brand and not what was advertised. I requested a refund and was advised that I will be refunded accordingly, I also advised the company to collect the incorrect item. The manager took my details and after weeks of emails still no refund or feedback.All of the follow ups sent have been ignored
The service that I have been receiving from this company is pathetic,firstly it takes two weeks to arrange a collection which still hasn't taken place.I get called and promised collection daily. No sense of customer service whatsoever and top of it the consultant has the odasity to say I dont know who's telling the truth you or the driver...the driver has never come to collect in the past 2weeks but I receive SMS's saying collection unsuccessful.
