I have booked tempest/europcar braamfontein branch 30th June 25 I was assisted by Tsakani Ndobe if not mistaken she was very professional explained everything to me we went and inspect the car even advice me to take pictures of the car damages for future reference I was happy with the service i received my deposit few days later. However the few area of concern the issue C1 surcharge is very much unfair and unjust, also this thing of inspecting the car on return in your presence and they say they will inspect again after car wash if they find damages they will alert you it's very much absurd cause now they will tell you about damages that you don't know about possible cause by them during that period and lastly I'm not happy with their limited fleet cause you end up taking a vehicle that you didn't expect.
I made an online order and delivery was supposed to be made between 14 -21 days but because I was moving to a new house I needed those stuff then I contacted their online staff a person by the name of Zoe Johnson assisted me in making sure that I get the stuff within just a week of my purchased although the cabinet was not in stock y then they delivered it a week later at no extra cost
Evolve denim they **** people online by selling items that they don't have and lie about refunding you since December been waiting for refund always saying the same thing over again.
I would never ever buy from evolve ever again I have since made an order of 3 items online on the 3rd of Dec till to date no items or refund they have making empty promises I don't even know if I will get my refund again. Order 2717
