I wish I could give zero stars to Dremsoft Technologies. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. First off, it's impossible to keep track of this company because they keep changing their name! It's as if they’re trying to escape their shady reputation. After conducting a search with the CIPC, we discovered that Hilton Mashonganyika is the actual owner. He was behind the ********* practices that led to us losing R 25,600. It’s infuriating to think we trusted them with our hard-earned money. We’ve now filed both civil and ******** cases against this company. Rest assured, we will seek justice for this theft. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Dremsoft Technologies. Save your money and your sanity!
They say that quality is always better than quantity, not only does this store have really nice fashion wear at affordable prices but they have fantastic staff members who in my opinion are pure quality, just helpful and kind people, if you are looking for an awesome experience, I recommend taking a stop at this store after the beach or even before as they have really nice clothes
Let's start from the beginning shall we. The Pavillion Hotel situated in close proximity to the beautiful Durban beach and coast line. The Pavillion Hotel What you see....IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!!! We arrived from Cape Town tired and just wanted to sleep as we drove here by car after 14 hours, We were pleased to know that the Manager Ryan was extremely helpful as he upgraded our room to the premium hotel room, we were supposed to have a standard room. That was a great gesture however:!!!! The room was not premium at all , firstly the hotel room door doesn't close properly and you have to slam the door to get it closed. The doors don't provide you with the safety that you need as we were always worried the door would fly open. There was a menu with a number to dial for reception and what a joke it was to find out that out premium room had no phone, We spoke to the front desk and they advised that a phone will be provided, we still didn't get a phone. The bed in the room wasn't the best as it sinks in the middle of the bed and the sheet on the bed is to small for the size of the bed that it comes off and you get to see the quality of the bed which is not premium at all, the bed is worn out and the blanket was a very thin blanket. The toilet isn't fitted properly and bolted the to floor with nuts and bolts and moves while you doing you business, that's a safety hazard right there. We wanted to shower but we couldn't on the first night as we had not towels provided, we went the next day to buy our own towels, Outside on the balcony they have a ***eon problem with bird poo all over the walls, not very premium of you ask me. The bedroom wasn't cleaned properly as there was socks laying under the cupboard and there are picks to prove it that's disgusting. Let's see what else. . . At night the other visitors keep trying to open the door I had a confrontation with one of the visitors as to why they keep opening the door, remember the door doesn't close properly and if I didn't lock the door then someone would of came in while we sleeping and that wouldn't of ended well. Let me tell you about this story that happened on Thursday the day before we left We all know that durban is famous for spices, the wife and I visited family the night before and we got some nice pickles, we left them on the bedroom counter and left to Verulam market for some spices on Thursday, when we got back to the hotel a cleaner joined us on the lift and smelt the spices and asked if we are the couple in room 332 we replied yes and she said that she saw the pickles in the room and they look delicious, Guess what viewers, I didn't ask for my room to be cleaned on that day, so how did the cleaner know I have pickles in my room? They have violated my privacy and and I feel very upset about it, I had so many valuables in the room. . If I had placed the "clean my room sign" on the door it would of been different but I didn't place it on there at all. I will be laying a formal complaint on the website to customer care and hopefully it gets sorted, I am already back in Cape Town and could not wait to get back. I would not recommend the Pavillion Hotel to my worst enemy, I will never ever come near this hotel again, I am giving one start rating because there is no other option for 0 starts they do not deserve any stars at all. And guess what viewers I bet you in the next week nobody would of contacted me to sort this out, I bet you. #PAVILLIONHOTEL #WHATYOUSEE.ISNOT WHAT YOU GET #MISLEADING
I called into speak with the new manager by the name of Hilda at Sleepmaster in belleville about a complaint that I had in regards to a bee exchange my wife and I had with the Restonic barbados queen size bed set,about 6months ago we exchanged our bed for a new one as the previous bed was damaged, this time around the same bed we now have has sharp metal objects sticking out from the side and it's now become hazardous, Hilda has no regard for my complaint she does not take ownership and passes the blame onto Bradley who no longer works there, she suggested that we at the Wastie residence upgrade the bed after all the back an forth and exchanging numerous beds we feel that Sleepmaster Bellville is now responsible for providing an upgrade due to damaged goods, I feel that Sleepmaster Bellville is not treating us fairly and Hilda advised that she cannot assist us, I would urge any customer not to purchase any beds from this branch as the customer service is unethical

We had our wedding at Devonvale Golf & Wine Estate on the 4th of September 2021, and I would like to thank everybody for the time and effort put in to make our day as special as can be, firstly BB Bernado was exceptionally outstanding with the whole process, the decoration and the set up of the Garden Gazebo area was done amazing and everything was really awesome the whole event through, from the food to how it was organised. Lisa and BB assisted our guest with their needs and made sure that everybody was happy all the time, very professional. Lisa is an outstanding person who deserves a 10/10 for her professional and awesome work ethic, she has also ensured that the whole process of our wedding runs smoothly, I am pretty sure that there were things on the agenda that we didn't pay for that were still provided to us. The waiters at the event were very helpful, a special thanks to Loretta as well, this lasy kept asking our guests if they are okay, and checked up on them all the time, it came to a point that when a guest wanted something they only asked for Loretta :). How can I forget Andy, the waiter who assisted Celest and I, this man is awesome and we respect him so much that he is the reason Celest and I decided that Devonvale would be our new spot for date night. So Just to Add from the last review, so I have received my artwork and product a day later after I made payment, And the artwork was beautiful, this is the type of service that deserves a 10 out of 10, I urge everyone to use their services, this company is very Efficient and I keep mentioning Shirley as this Lady is very good in what she does, sometimes you may be stuck with a design and she will go the extra mile by helping you decide, #WIN

Firstly the website and the amount of services available is amazing not to mention how affordable they are with quality made products, I love the fact that the website has its own design platform and if you require any help, I would recommend that you specifically ask for Shirley Allen, This lady is absolutely amazing and very helpful through every step of the way I am in the printer industry and these are the type of people whom make this business so successful. #WIN
My Partner and I decided to have our wedding at the Winery Road Forest, this year. We have planned everything and paid an amount of R25000,00 already as a deposit and half of the venue costs, Fiona who no longer works there, that went to a better estate as per the Decor person who advised us of this, was really awesome in the whole process don't get me wrong the venue is great but, We have decided after long deliberation that we have to cancel the wedding as with the Covid-19 restrictions and the increase in infections at gathering we have to cancel as our guests safety comes first not to mention that our jobs like many South Africans have been infected by the Covid-19 therefore we don't know if we can afford the wedding yet alone pay rent and sustain ourselves, we asked Lize to provide a refund of the R25000,00 and provide a breakdown of the costs if penalties applied, Lize was very fast to provide a discount of R20000,00 to ensure we still have the wedding, but it still didn't make sense, after we requested cancellation we then heard nothing from Lize but from Margo who advised that they need banking details, to our suprise we received and amount of R5000,00 as a refund thats R20000,00 less, we understand penalties but R20000,00 is ridiculous we not bad people at the end of the day we trying to survive here and then we get ripped off by these people, very bad service Yes the venue is quality but even I know that service comes first its not all about the quality of the product, I would really like them to be more reasonable, we didn't even sign a contract with them but yet we still get ripped off, I am definitely taking Winery Road Forest legal and I don't care how far it goes but I thought some consideration would valid in this case
The managing director and sales manager are thieves, the sales manager is Raymond Syfers and he was banned from the office automation industry, and changed his surname to Raymond Olyott as he was charged fraud either he would pay 1 million rand or go to jail, I wouldnt do business with this company they rob clients with the equipment they install and add on 15% escalations without clients knowing, I would advise that nobody does business with them
Last week Saturday I purchased some meat products, later that day I decided to braai, whilst braaing the meat, maggots started to ooze out of the sausage as well as the chicken sosaties not to mention that the green beans we bought were moldy, This comes from the Kensington spar in cape Town very disgusting After complaining and advising that I would like a voucher to purchase at a different sparnit was advised that today I can collect it but I can't use it until next week Monday We are going through a pandemic and just like me not all of us have a stable job, I need to out food on the table and this is not on, very bad experience and now I will take this legal
