On Tuesday the 9th, around 12 of I'm not mistaken. I was at your Cresta branch looking for a bible book for wife. Upon going to the till,the lady who was operating it was very slow and frankly didn't care about customers at all. She was busy talking and giggling with another white male guy,with greyish hair. The lady had glasses and long black hair. I was so frustrated with this kind of service because she was not professional at all,even asked the guy where he was going when he seemed to move from the till. I don't know what kind of behavior this is but from a retail perspective,that is very wrong. Staff should be attentive,speak to customers and in this time period,hurry up when running transactions. Can this matter be taken up please.
Today I bought KFC box for 1,and they told me they don't have boxes to put my food in, I even took pics
Was in a que to be served, after waiting for 10 min and it was turn to order, the cashier told me to wait as she had to check on the chicken. Upon her return I was told that she hopes I order a two piece as there were only 2 pieces of chicken left. At that time I wanted 9 pieces for my family. It was at 6:30 and the closing time was at 8pm,so what are they going to serve other customers. I complained online on the same day, the following day the customer service agent told me the manager will contact me and still haven't heard from them
