OH NO 🤢🤮! This was like watching a food safety documentary..... We were choosing our fillings for our borritos and were very excited. And as we were moving down the line to pay I counted no less than 7 ****ROACHES crawling, not only ON the food containers, but up and down the glass seperator. We told the lady that we can't eat the food and she just raised her eyebrows at us and we left. This just happened at 11:30 on 5 July 2024.
I had the worst experience in my life with Pick a Pay ASAP. The name is totally wrong. Delivery does not happen ASAP. I have been waiting 3 and half hours now for my delivery. I had to call the contact center to find out where my order is. The first time calling them they said the store uses Uber but it is to far. If I did not call the contact center I would not have know that my delivery is not on its way. The lady told me she is sending her own drivers. I asked her wile she was busy for a email to lay a complaint. She immediately put me through to the call rating system. I had to call a second time.
To who ot may concern, I will never ever order any thing at Makro online again. It is the forst experience of my life ever. I order 3 items. Think they will all be delivered together, but that was not the case. The first item came (that was two chocolates) and it was melted. Then 2 days later I recieved the hinges. My electric toothbrush was also delivered on the same the but I did not receive the parcel because I was not at home. I received earlier that morning a sms stating my parcel is on the way. I called the courrier company stating that I will not be at home, but still they came. When I check my phone I saw a sms from the courier company that my order was at my home, and just after that sms a sms stating that the order was now returned to sender. I did not reviece any call that the courier company was at my home. I tried to call Makro Centurion to asked them to resend my parcel to my work adress, but again not answer at the store. The second complaint is about my Polaroid watch that I gave in at Makro Wonderboom for repair. This was a month a go. I still did not receive any word to what was going on with my watch.
I order something from takealot. When the item arrived as was not happy with it. I logged a return the next day. I recieved a email that it will be picked up on Thursday before 5 pm and it was so. It has been a week now and I did not received credit yet.
On the 18th on May 2019 I called Vodacom upgrade department to upgrade. The lady did all the paper work and send it to me via email. She told me that I will be allocate my new amount off airtime an data on the 1ste of June 2019. The 1ste came and I did not receive my new airtime and data. I called Vodacom and one of the upgrade department managers told me that it was there fault I will receive my data and airtime come Monday. The persone doing the transfers was not there. Come Monday and I still did not receive the airtime and data. On Tuesday I called and the manager told me I would only recieve my new airtime and data on the beginning of the new month. When I upgraded in the 18th the lady told me I will receive everything on the 1ste of June.
