What a load of nonsense! These guys take our order for printer cartridges at the beginning of January, we follow up almost daily to find out where our order is. They lie about sending the order, not once, not twice, SEVERAL times. When we started getting stern with them, they go onto LIE about delivery and sending the parcel, again SEVERAL times. It took threatening them with legal action eventually to get anything out of them. Do not waste your time or money dealing with these guys - their service is non existent, they are rude and they have no concept of speaking the truth about matters. Will never use them again, absolutely horrible experience with them. Pathetic is putting it nicely.
My son was admitted to the emergency rooms at the Umhlanga Hospital in April 2023 for a rugby injury. The doctor that treated him did not have a cooking clue what she was doing and tried to reduce a torn ligament, even with xrays available. She ended up making his injury worse and he had to have a procedure to fix the damage that she incurred. This was brought to their attention and countless emails and phone calls were made to their offices, only to be told that the "board will look at it." For months no responses and then all of a sudden a one-liner email - not even a phone call - saying that the case was closed, with no report or feedback from them. Their accounts department made a massive stuff up with the medical aid, they were supposed to obtain authorisation, which I was told that evening, they will get so that everything is covered by the medical aid, which they DID NOT do. They then handed me over to NuDebt Collectors for R815 - which payments were made on already - and NuDebt Collectors have proceeded to threaten me with black listing, etc. ER Consulting did not give through any payments that were made on the account, they just handed me over. I did not receive a single phone call from ER Consulting following up on payment, or from NuDebt Collectors. I made phone calls to the accounts department of ER Consulting to obtain an updated statement with the payments that have been made, and they promptly told me to phone NuDebt, they refuse to help me with an updated statement. Fast forward to the current situation - I have sent the proof of payments to NuDebt several times, they have NOT captured all the payments and are charging me R24.15 for emails sent to an email address which I have advised ER Consulting's accounts department does not exist (proof also sent to NuDebt). In total, almost R300 being charged for emails that were NEVER received by myself because ER Consulting did not give the proper information to NuDebt. Both ER Consulting and NuDebt are beyond useless. I cannot even begin to explain the frustration that I have had to endure with BOTH these companies for a stupid account of R815! When in fact the whole mess BEGAN with ER Consulting, their sheer incompetence and inhumane way of doing business is disgusting! NuDebt are exactly the same! If I can caution anyone reading this, PLEASE do not have yourself or family and friends admitted to ANY ER Consulting rooms at ANY Netcare Hospitals. They have no bedside manner, they have no compassion and they are a bunch of ******!
When we bought our house in Richards Bay in 2016, we bought the house with an ADT system in the house. We have since had ONLY terrible service from ADT. When you push the panic button, it takes them on average 3 to 4 hours to respond to you. When I told one lady this that called me, she laughed at me, thought it was a huge joke. Since then, we have cancelled everything with ADT and this because of their terrible service. The contract ended effective 31 May 2020 and we specifically requested them to make an appointment with us to remove any components that need to be removed however on 01 June 2020, their technician pitched up at our front door, demanding access to the property so that he can remove what he needs to remove. We refused and told him that his manager needs to phone us to set up an appointment. Nothing came of that. On 02 June 2020 we phoned the Richards Bay office and spoke to Neville, who we believe is the branch manager. We asked him to furnish us with copies of the contract, etc and he advised that it is only the radio that needs to be removed. But he will only get back to us when his debtors department has gotten back to him. Today is the 18th of June and still not a word from ADT. This is not the first time that Neville has not phoned us back either. We have had various issues over the 3 odd years that we had the system with them and every time we have asked Neville to get back to us, he makes a lot of promises but never delivers on any of those promises. We are not happy and quite frankly are quite disgusted that a SECURITY firm such as ADT would deliver such bad service, especially where we paid faithfully every month. And might we add that they are not the cheapest either! We need Neville to contact us to make an appointment to remove the RADIO that belongs to ADT, failing which we will assume that they do not wish to remove it and will then claim this as our own property. Pathetic service, pathetic client relations. Do not waste your money!
I placed an order on 28 November 2019 and logged my first e-mail query on 11 December 2019. The answer I received was that "Due to Black Friday...", which is completely unacceptable. Today is the 02nd of January 2020, I have logged various other e-mail queries and even queries directly on their website and no response whatsoever. I have cancelled my e-mail subscription to them and I honestly will pay 3 times the price elsewhere and receive good service vs making use of them again. They are very quick to take your money but their lack of service is shocking. Ridiculous that one has to resort to measures such as this and probably still will not get any feedback either.
Changed my policy on 08 April 2019, claim arose with new policy, logged the whole thing with Discovery Insure, have had to deal with heaven and earth being promised by Jaqueline Naidoo who is a manager and Thandeka Mncube who was supposed to deal with the claim, still no response or resolution. Everyone I speak to promise heaven and earth and resolutions, etc, etc, and even go as far as being extremely rude but no one delivers on their promises. No customer service! Stay away from Discovery Insure, they are PATHETIC!!!
