I'm very disappointed on service that I'm getting from Tracker connect. Everything was running smooth for some a year then after I have upgraded my contract package I started receiving messages saying that there's an appointment of installing tracker device on my car, hence I called them just to let them know that I already have tracker device on my car for incase if it's an error from their side. After some few days my app started crashing not allowing me to sign in, it did this crashing thing for a day, hence on the following day when I log in I was no longer accessing my car on App but another car that I don't even know. I again called them and I was worried for my safety at this time around. They said I have swop the cars and I denied that, they promised me that they are busy dealing with this error but till today they're still dealing with this error of contracts. I've decided to move on to other trusted tracker companies because. I'm no longer feeling safe on tracker connect contract. You paying every month but you cant able to trace your car and the worse part is that them too cant able to trace my car. The question that came to my mind was that, because I don't know whats happening and they're too failing to explain to me, what if there's someone doing this deliberately just to makes things simple for my car to be taken coz it will be untraceable. Poor response, poor service that what I was the service I was receiving at tracker. They bridge my contract and by so doing I've decided to move on for better service and safety
Morning, I'm very disappointed with the service I've received from Renault Germiston. Here is what happened. I've bought my new Renault kiger on March 2022 hence on 11th month the battery of my car died. I've lodge a claim as the battery warranty was still valid hence they told me that I should bring the car to the garadge and I did that. It takes 5 days still waiting for them to come back to me. I've decided to go check whats the cause of the delay and they told me the warranty department wants to run test the battery and I gave them that permission because I want this issue to be resolved. They came back to me with an information that warranty department suspects my tracker device. They saying tracker device on my car is consuming too much current from the battery, hence I called tracker company to come to the garadge under my expenses hence they did came and they tested their device with Renault technician and they all agreed that the device was not part of the problem. Because I was using my car on ubber and I was paying my car installment with ubber income, I request to take my car and they will be pushing my claim with warranty department. I told them that I'm going to buy a new battery coz the current one was not even enabling to switch the lights on, it was a mess. They agreed that I can go buy new battery and continue with my business. They called me again after a week that I should bring back the battery as warranty department wants to do the last test on the battery unfortunately the time when I bought the new battery I left the old battery from the shop as requested by the shop. I told them that I'm no longer having the battery with me and they told me that they are cancelling my claim. My worry is that Renault SA hasn't been fair to me because I gave them enough time to do the test and they did the tests now they want to retest the battery again even when their technician told them that two cells were dead on the battery and tracker device wasn't part of the problem.

Evening. I am very disappointed by the way cell c treated me. I have contract agreement with cell c for 24 month hence today 07/04/2023 they decided to suspend my service without even consulting me. What worries is that my account is not even behind on payments, meaning I have paid. Now I wrote an email to them as I'm failing to get hold of them telephonically unfortunately the email that I've used bounced back. Proof of payment was attached to e-mail that bounced back. Please help me on this matter, 8 cant survive where I am without my phone.
