Horrific dealing with legal ******! A tip to all customers.. Please make sure you send proof of ownership even pictures of items owned because come claim stage they will ask forr proof of purchase, ownership and where items were purchased look for a loophole and de line your claim. Items purchased 10 years ago take a picture to confirm ownership. They dont disclose this when on boarding you but c9me claim stage it will make or break your claim.
Poor service continues, the manager of the Lenasia branch has no custom. Er etiquette what's so ever, do date the plaster work looks like ****.

This is a bittersweet review, I've been I shred with you from inception of my profile, I valued the service you guys offered until I had an unfortunate event where you dropped the ball on me an accused me of being dishonest, when you weren't transparent in your policy schedule, your schedule set me up for failure. And much as I want to advocate for Kingprice my experience with you doesn't.

this is one of that *Bark but can't Bite* situations this is a fly by night security company gambling with the lives of their clients, while with this company we had 2 break in attempts and 2 successful their excuse is they lose signals from time to time therefore they never received any alarms from our house , the second time the beam that was supposed to catch the suspects didn't and they say the beam malfunctioned because of loadshedding....utterly disgusted in this company and their conduct.
I bought a door from kingdom doors and used their accredited installers, they installed the door and as soon as the later work dried p ugly cracks started forming and the plaster work started chipping, i reported it and 2 weeks later they came to correct their horrible work, the plaster was still wet but it looked better again the next day when it dried up it was worse than before as they just plastered over the 1st **** now it's worse very uneven and doesn't blend with the existing wall, i again reported it and the manager Yergen asked why i signed the jib card if i was unhappy and i explained to him the plaster work was wet and looked fine, only the next day i saw that its chipping and cracking again. now they refuse to refund me the installation fees so i can get someone else to do the job and they refuse to come out and fix it. Don't ever use Kingdom doors - horrible fly by night business Yergen the worst manager ever - no customer etiquette, no communication skills
the service received from Kingprice never amazes me, i have never dealt with an insurance company thats this efficient from onboarding to maintaining and claiming
