Last year I wrote a bad review about the service I got from tracker and I wanted to leave the service provider, I'm glad I did not leave, after I wrote that bad review I got a call from them apologizing and I stayed, today I had a similar incident like last year and wow the service I got was outstanding and I'm here to applaud them for the good service got, I'm happy I stayed and thank you for your help
I got the most disgusting service from this company, i paid my money to you guys for 4years with no claims and they couldn't help me with a road assistant, so what's the point, I set on the road 1hr 45munites witgout any help, no call from tracker, i was helped by passerby, for four years my money has been going down the train, this is really appalling to say the least, but I I'm seriously annoyed and disgusted by your service
I went to wimpy Kingfisher avenue to get take aways, their drive through windows where closed only the last one was open so I waited there hoping someone will come and help me but no the lady who was a the till continued with whatever she was doing as if I was not there and I hooted and still no one bothered then I saw the waiter and I shouted to ask if the drive though is not working and she said yes and I told her that the windows where closed and she told me to go back there is someone there really, really after waiting and hooting and still no her, as for the lady at the till she is full of ****, I don't know why people come to work if they don't want to work, I'm so ****ed so early in the morning
One of the useless courier service I have come across, I placed an order at lash Vegas in Sandton on the 9th of January till today I haven't received my parcel and I sent an email to lash Vegas no response when I call the courier company, they ask me if no one called me and I said no all the lady said was sorry , I mean really a parcel from sandton to boksburg
I bought a dishwasher and a washing machine yesterday at makro alberton yesterday so the washing machine was coming wing a free basket and I was told that I can’t take the basket it would be delivered with everything, today I got my stuff except the basket and the driver told me to go to the and before I went to the i call the shop and the manager at sales told I can come get it, when I got there the sales people didn’t know which basket I must get since there was no barcode on it and what I thought would take 5minutes it end taking more time from me and now I was held back by the security and and. Cut long story I was now angry and went back to the manager and told him I want the basket to be delivered as per agreement and he refused and I left the basket there cos I don’t understand how is that my problem now, what makes me angry is that, they wasted my time and the were not apologetic about it, incompetent manager and stuff
