When you request a POP from Discovery Bank you’ll get it in the New Year!!! Requested a POP on the 31 October at 07:27 still waiting Simple request is like asking for someone to go to the moon and fetch this POP!! This is exactly why I’m switching banks.
Me and my partner went there for dinner and the manager Evan was extremely ******. He checked up on two tables between us even collected the glasses from one of the tables and not once checked up on on our table. Mind you we the table in between the two tables. I think it’s sad to be experiencing such in 2024 especially from a young manager.
Nedbank has the rudest consultants ever!!!! Your consultant Noami Baron is disgustingly rude. I honestly don’t know how Nedbank hires rude employees!!!!!
One thing about Nedbank is the service is horrible! The call center agents are extremely rude, unprofessional and no compassion whatsoever for clients. Dealt with Lungi Dywati this morning. And she was extremely rude and unprofessional regarding my issue. Nedbank needs to do better. Telephone ethic is vital

This is the worst service I’ve ever received I think talking to an answering machine would be more efficient than talking to any of your agents. Spoke to a Ahkona beginning of December no telephone ethic whatsoever Today spoke to Esam Mkumathela and his tv was on during the whole conversation when I alerted him he literally was so rude I mean what kind of company is this? Are these individuals trained? Is this the kind of service a client is paying to receive Just disgusting!!!!! Honestly got way better service from a township based tracking company There’s absolutely nothing wrong with MANNERS
The service at Nedbank Jabulani Mall is just horrible. Literally waited 4 hours outside before I could even be serviced just to fetch a card!!! A simple card!!!! Only for their system to be down! This is really a major inconvenience especially during the Covid-19. Your responsibility as a financial institution is to provide a service that is convenient to your clients A simple thing as fetching a card at a branch shouldn’t be this hectic Improve your service delivery!!!!!!!!
I got into an accident on the 8 October 2019 a traffic officer bumped into my vehicle. On the same day I called Dotsure and was told the consultants were in a meeting which I understood as it was late. But someone called me the next morning I then gave her all the information she had requested what was sad is that the first question she had asked me is “who was driving the vehicle as the time of the incident?” Not “Are you okay? Was anybody hurt etc” Anyway I continued to get calls throughout the 2 days after the incident asking for my statement and any information about the other driver. Here I am thinking that I will be assisted by my insurance company whom I have never even on a single month missed a debit order. I was wrong fast forward to Monday 14 October 2019 I get the Accident Report and submit all the other documents they had requested via email I send the email twice on the 14 October 2019 one at 12:36 and the other at 14:22 To my total shock on Friday 18 October 2019 I receive an email stating that my claim had been cancelled as I had not submitted anything. I called Dotsure again to find out why this was the case as I had submitted the necessary documents and they told me Lindokuhle Maqolo would call me this individual never called me instead I had to call Dotsure again Monday 21 October 2019 to ask what was going on and still a consultant said someone will contact me! No one has contacted me!!!! The service Dotsure gives to its clients is HORRIBLE!!!!! They paint themselves as professionals but I have only been dealing with amateurs!!!!! I would never recommend this company to anybody not even for your pets!!!!!

Made a online order on the 4 June 2019, it’s the 12 June STILL NOTHING!!!! I call the Online Call Centre spoke to a guy called Asanda and he didn’t bother to let me know why they order had not been received instead he offered to call back and he NEVER did!!! I had to call back and spoke to Krishnie neither did she try to solve the issue or try to get order out instead she told me the funds were reversed back into my account. When you as a Brand are advertising you quick to email your customers but just a simple email that you had a technical issue and the order wasn’t received even though the funds left my account!!! Yet again you as a brand are making your problems mine.... Disgusting!!!!!
