Arrogant staff
Have just made 2 calls to Vodacom with a query reading a laptop or notebook and both very indignant and surly ladies dropped the calls. Is this the service Vodacom offers?? Maybe it's time to take business elsewhere.

Shocking service
Purchased a Safeway iron last year. One week out of warranty and the iron is not heating up. Have emailed twice and no response. This is really shocking that our emails get ignored . This is not the level of service I am used to from Clicks. Are Safeway products only manufactured to last 1 year and 1 week???? Unless a plan is made I will never purchase another Safeway product.

Theft out of a suitcase
My husband has arrived back from Oliver Tambo Airport on BA 6237. I was absolutely appalled to see how the cable tie on his suitcase had been cut and all his luggage had been rummaged through. His toiletries and chronic medication had all been thrown out all over in his suitcase. Who gives people the right to do this?? Why dont they just xray the bags??? I am absolutely disgusted!!!!! What about the goods that are missing???? How will be compensated???? I wonder if this is the norm or if I will even receive feedback. A black KWAY jacket and a pair of Levi jeans are by no means small change.

NON EXISTENT SERVICE
I sent an email with a query on 7 March and have sent emails regularly sonce then. The last mail I sent was on 12 June. Barring an automated response saying I will be contacted within 48 hours, I have not heard a word. DOSGRACEFUL THAT THEY CANNOT EVEN RESPOND TO A QUERY. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUE SERVICE AT ALL.
