Arrogant staff
Have just made 2 calls to Vodacom with a query reading a laptop or notebook and both very indignant and surly ladies dropped the calls. Is this the service Vodacom offers?? Maybe it's time to take business elsewhere.2 replies

NON EXISTENT SERVICE
I sent an email with a query on 7 March and have sent emails regularly sonce then. The last mail I sent was on 12 June. Barring an automated response saying I will be contacted within 48 hours, I have not heard a word. DOSGRACEFUL THAT THEY CANNOT EVEN RESPOND TO A QUERY. THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUE SERVICE AT ALL.1 reply
