Best dog parlour
Best dog parlour with staff who really care for dogs. Owner is passionate about what she does and it shows in the support that she gets. I drive >40 km to get my dogs groomed at just dogs.

No Service at All
I logged a claim on a Wednesday for my faulty geyser… 7 days later my claim was registered. In those 7 days I was able to call out a plumber and and electrician to resolve the issue myself and still be well below my excess. Well done on your terrible service!

Quick and Efficient same day payout
Thank you to dotsure for great service once again. Quick and efficient payout on my dog’s medical claim. This service is hard to come by these days and it is sincerely appreciated. MONDO sells MTN promotions on false info! Be careful
Mondo provides false information when promoting MTN deals. Logged a query that was closed without any feedback. Had to call in to find out that they just closed my query because they apparently provided the correct information. They refuse to put this so called correct details in writing and do not want to release the call recording. MTN does not agree with my understanding of the terms as explained to me by the mondo consultant and I am not getting the promised benefits. The mondo consultant asked me to go into an MTN store to listen to the recording and when the time came, they asked the MTN consultant to email customer care for the recording. They replied saying that my query has been resolved and is invalid. No further details? I am still not getting services as promised. Back and forth blame between MTN and Mondo.
