Well were do I begin firstly the web site for the hotel is not at all what it really is. I had 2 people stay at the Reef Hotel and they were not at all happy. The rooms were not clean, the bedding was dirty and stained and the pillow case were yellow in colour. The loud music and noise in the hotel was terrible and they did not get sleep at all and that after travelling 16 hours.
The worst customer service I have ever in my life come across. I have been trying since the 20th November 2020 to get a parcel collected and each time I have confirmation via telephone it will be done only to have to call again the next day and the next day and the next day with absolute no happiness. It is Wednesday 25th November and still the parcel has not been collected and that is after spending nearly an hour on the phone yesterday and having a confirmation that the driver will collect today. Now after 23 minutes on the phone the driver told the DHL agent that he only received the collection advise just now and will therefore only collect the parcel tomorrow nearly a week since I put in my collection request. Complaining on the DHL website is just as useless. Our company luckily does not use DHL and the only reason we are using DHL or trying to is that our customer is paying for the parcel shipment and they have an account with DHL.
We upgraded last year via telephone and since then (and we have been customers of Cell C for the past 6 years) we have had endless problems with our accounts. They don't follow up on issues even though they say they will call back within 2 days - well we are still waiting and it is now 3 months. We have credit due to us but we can't get our account creditted as the sim cards have been changed to prepaid and we have never used the sims cards. Oh I can go on and on but we have made the easy decision now that once our contracts come to an end with Cell C which is end of next year we will be cancelling all 3 and will not feel and regret doing so.
I was involved in a car accident 3 June 2019. I called Discovery Insure and immediately was assisted by Toko Mokadile and he has assisted me every day since my accident with my claim either per telephone or email. I'm new to Discovery Insure and all I can say is if this is the type of fantastic service a member receives why would I choose another insurance company. Toko made me feel as if I waa his no 1 priority and even asked if I was doing ok aa I injured my back in the accident. More companied that deliver a service should employ people like Toko.
