I received a faulty item.The takealot team picked up the unit.Didn't wait long for a resolution.I was refunded quickly
Not very impressed by them.What was initially promised and ended with terms that was not in the orignal agreement.This is false adverti*****t from them be careful they will catch you.Very dissapointed it seems I will be in consolidation for the next decades thanks to Afriskuld.Be careful before joining up with them.
Deserves a -1 star the servivce on MTN call centre is horrible!I have been transferred to someone else approx 5 times and no one was willing to help shame on you MTN.
This is just a thank you for Northridge Caramello's Bloemfontein one of my favorite places to go to and I always get excellent service my main go to is Obert and what a delight this man is .Keep it up🙏🙏🙏
The worst network provider that you can find , I struggle with them on a monthly basis , they set out debit orders on earlier date than arranged causing the account to be in arreas when you try to phone customer support the can barely help you
After being in a car accident on 14 May 2019 , my claim was accepted and my car was send to technicolor with the assurance that my car will be fixed by the 5th ,after phoning technicolor on that day it was brought to my attention the car has only been stripped and they were still waiting for parts ,i phoned them again on the 11th just to hear from them what is going on ,they told me they started working but stopped again waiting for other parts and that there was additional damage , i contacted out surance to hear what is going they told me they would get back to me on ,i phoned them the previous there is still no clarity ,this is frustrating me as my car is my only means of transportation and i lose money each day my car is not running , i was told moving to Outsurance was a better option but after this experience i wonder. i am really unhappy with this
