This company does not send out statements/invoices for accounts. One then gets handed over to collection services for short payments from the medical aid. After payment I got two further calls for outstanding amounts. The payment was made based on the statement and autopayment link provided by them. When trying to discuss the issue I was twice placed on hold for until the calls eventually dropped. The staff is totally unhelpful. This morning we were told that the statement provided includes a credit from 2023 which was offset against the balance. This should not have been done because it is owed to the medical aid and not me. So, Lancet is now sitting with a credit on my account which they have not refunded to the medical aid in two years. What a bunch *******

I order and paid for a poolfilter on 8 June 2024. Got the order confirmation emails with delivery date as 11 June 2024. On 12 June the irder was still in not dispatched and I send a message to Takealot. Got a reply back on how sorry they are, it being a mistake on their side and item was now received and will be scheduled for delivery. Got the new date as 18 June 2024 I sent a follow up email on 18 June as it is still shows as not shipped. No reasons supp**** whatsoever. Looking at the item it is still offered by the seller with 16 items in stock. Pathetic customer service
I have a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon where the driver's requires more than one attempt when you open it. Found a Hyundai workshop bulletin with this issue. Took the car to Hyundai in Alberton. They checked the car and confirm the door latch assembly is at fault but does not recognize the bulleton or extended warranty as published. Quoted me more than 6k to fix. When I declined I had to pay R980 diagnostic fee. Very pathetic and poor customer service on known issues with a car. Will never ever buy or suggest your vehicles. The quality and support sucks
I got a quote from them for a new Landrover Discovery 3 V8 radiator. When dropping the vehicle off this morning it was confirmed that it is for a new radiator to be fitted. Upon collection this afternoon I noticed that the radiator is not new based on wear and tear markings. The staff insisted it is a new part and the more I pointed out marjs etc the more he insisted its new. He then offered me a 20% discount on the part price. I have taken pictures of the radiator as proof of the state of the part. NEVER TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE. The charge new prices for used items
