They say my refund will reflect on their system on the 31st ticket #4145612 im not happy as I have sent proof that they deducted and ny account was settled with them
2k lost due to freezing slots with no big wins no profit made in 2 days
I think it's my 3rd time complaining about Hollywoodbets there is something wrong with their slots, it's like they are rigged& yes their response will be change games& yes they have hundreds of games to choose from but their games have no scatters or big wins mostly. Even the selected ones for tournaments & daily jackpot. You can play the whole day& make no profit with a 1k spent on Hollywoodbets, I somehow feel that even when u take a break for few months it's still the same& their games restarts themselves & freeze when supposed to get scatters. I personally no longer enjoy their games& their response is forever the same
They deducted twice on my account & now I'm left with nothing & even on their app it shows zero amount spending limit. Can I please be refunded what is due to me before the end of today, I'm so emotional 😢
I would like to know if Hollywoodbets what's wrong their system. There are no wins, no free spins& their slots games jam when you supposed to scatter or gets big wins& it's all their games. I don't know what is wrong with Hollywood games I'm thinking if closing it for good after re-opening it's 2 months. All the games have no triggers no wins at all. Even on tournaments nothing it's just more losses, I'm not sure if their system chooses IP addresses that are supposed to get big wins or triggers. I have never had good experience with SARS been running in & out of SARS since 19th March 2024, I appreciate the lady who has been with me, she did her best that I get help& my case is resolved. Now I must get my last refund because a garnishment has been canceled,SARS s sending me from pillar to post different stories every week. I'm surprised because my 1st refund was paid well they have all my details I don't need verification. Now I'm being told about R500 penalty fee which is being investigated, the other say I should be patient. Refund is 72hrs. I'm defeated my life was he'll have been financially messed up due to that garnish which took them 11months to fix
Good day It is only now I get the chance to write the services I got from the new drive-thru in Chicken licken in Diepkloof Zone 1. I bought a full house 8 piece with one separated for my child because it was hot. And I was served 7 pieces of meat& sadly the guy who served me took the sleep & the food was served by a lady. It was the 1st I see that they take slips. Chicken licken never keep the slips with our order numbers. Made attempts to get their contact details via Google but it gives a cellphone number that goes straight to voicemail. I paid for 8 pieces but got 7& why take my slip in case of such things I must contact the manager. The meat was fresh & tasty it's only the missing piece
