We have tried to cancel this insurance since October 2025 we stop they debit order but since October 2025 every second day they try deduct they installment but everytime they do that it cost me R115.00..Pineapple please dont **** people that dont need your services anymore
Nedbank MFC Im behind with two months R8000 and wants to make arrangements to pay R4000.00 plus installment for two months to cover my arrears but you dont want to make any arrangements...Why not?You want 75% immediately otherwise you going to repossessed.Why?????
Bought like I always does on the 01st November 2025 electricity on my Fnb app.Till today (05th November 2025) I haven't received my token yet.Ontec want to tell me that I used wrong bank details but im buying every time with exactly same details electricity without any problem Now suddenly it's a problem and nobody coming back to me with a solution I even sent them all my Proof of Payments from previous buys and the recent one on the 01st November 2025.
My contract ended on the 20th October 2024 but they still deducted every month and today after they couldn't deducted the money end of August 2025 they sent me an sms stating I'm on month to month basis because my account matured but if I dont pay today they going to hand my account over for legal action..How? If my contracted ended already in 2024 yet you didnt communicate but still deducted? Who owes who now?
Umvuzo I'm sorry to always going via hellopeter.com to reach you but that's the only way I can be in contact with you very fast cause your customer care is useless My problem is that I always got Omiflex on my cronical prescription for years now every month but yesterday it was rejected cause according to the pharmacy you only pay for 90 tablets a year. Why now all of a sudden? Plus I don't understand if you only pays for 90 tablets a year why did I already received 30 x 6 (January till June 2025)?
My private banker said I must go into the store to update my tax infol because i cant access my availablefunds.So I went on Monday and lady at Fnb reset my account and update it.and told me everything was good.At home still I couldn't access my available funds and again I chatted with my private banker only to hear that apparently they put a block on it but they can't see why so they requested it to be uplifted..that was Monday the 09th June..Nothing changed since then no explanation nothing. WHY FNB?
Our dog bite my daughter and she have to get 4 injections but when we went for the 2nd injection just this morning we were told that Umvuzo just pays for 1 injection per year. Why if you are fully aware that when such thing happen a patient needs 4 injections?
Umvuzo we requested an authentication on Wednesday the 12th February 2025 and till today we haven't received any feedback..Thought you said it takes 24hours?
