Still waiting for a refund from the store after being sold the wring part. I have called in a number of time to find out when I will get my refund and the refund lady is nowhere to be found or I am connected to the guy who sold me the wrong part and said he would process my refund. I left my original receipts at the store on 1 August 2025 and emailed my bank statement and ID copy to Dinesh Rakesh Naikram who then sent me his number to whatsapp him the documents which I did not do cause his whatsapp is not a business tool. I called the store after and wasput through to him amd he confirmed that I will be getting a refund in 7days. Today is the 16th of August 2025 and I have not received anything. This os a small amount but it does not belong to Williams Hunt Fourways. Dont rob me
Can someone at Legal wise send me a termination form. Im very unhappy with the service I got from Roshni Reddy. Imagine a legal advice who couldn't even recognise a certified stamp.
Someone at MTN decided to upgrade my contract in March 2024. I did an affidavit in March 2024 and till this day I have never gotten feedback. I have never not paid my account with MTN but my calls have been blocked. I cant receive calls or SMSs. When I call to enquire I get people who give me attitude and no one is able to help me. I have been using MTN for almost 20 years now and this is the worst service Ive ever received. You guys should be ashamed of this, I am inconvenienced and no one in your company seems to care. Your ***** department is the worst’s. Nothing bores me more than the fact that I have to constantly call and no one seems to be able to help. Im going on my 3rd 21 days wait but not a single person has bothered to get back to me or solve my issue

The service by your consultant Sweetness Ngomane (pregnant lady, just Incase she gave me the wrong name) at your Park Station branch is very poor. She is unprofessional and unwilling to do her job, she has no consideration of the customers time.
