On the 08/06/21 i bought a set of pots at Home etc.The lady that assisted me told me if i am not happy with the product then i can return it within 14days.Now with pots the only way you would know that the product is what the shop says its is,you have to cook in it to test it.So we tested 1pot it and found that the product is not worth the price we paid and that we were not happy with how it cooks.Now to me the pots were put in bracket of high quality that it was not in and even the pan's handle came loose.When i told the Manager of the store of my unhappiness she said they cant refund me if i cooked in the pots and the pan's handle she can just tighten the *****,which to me is a supplier fault that needs to be replaced or refunded.we also spoke to a lady from Tevo at Game greenacres and she told us a pot needs be tested through cooking to see if the client is happy with the product.How else would one know.And if are not satisfied with the product you may return it within 14days for a full refund.i just feel that the Manager could of done so much more than just say i will take your details and my boss will only be back on Monday and we will contact you Monday or by latest Tuesday.She also said she wont be able to give us a refund for something that has been used after we only had the product for a few days.I truelly hope our issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
So here i am day5 without internet.let me elaborate:On friday my dauhter phones me to tell me our adsl router is off.So we dont have any internet access,i then log the fault telephonically and they send through the ref:no to the technicians.customer service were very helpful but my beef is with the technicians that dont give a damn about my internet thats off for 5days. They said the problem has been fixed so they just need to come on my premises to setup my router again. One of them said im not at home whilst i was standing at the window awaiting their arrival. The other one that the job was then allocated to never came or phoned. CAN ANYONE ASSIST ME IN THIS MATTER PLZZZ
So i pay up my fnb account with SSDA on the 14th of Feb 2019!! SSDA never contacted their client to update my credit profile with the Credit Bereau.Last week i had to phone them to remind them how to do their job.They assured me they will contact fnb but today i am on the phone again with them fighting to get my name cleared.i spoke to a lady Allison that said she would try and ascellate my query.Hopefully she can help this hopeless soul and is not as incompetent as the rest of Ssda's staff
Hey guys so vodacom told me they would update update their mistake they made on the Credit Bereau but never did.They said the turn around time for the update would take 5-7days for the credit bereau to rectify my credit profile and that was on the 2nd of July.Vodacom please update my profile if you dont know how i will tell you.You need to send Transunion a message to say that you are updating my profile.Is that clear enough.Jeez!!!is that so hard to do!!!!!
Just hope they remove the update asap as it is affecting my credit profile negatively.
Hi recently checked my credit report and found out that vodacom keeps on putting an old account on that i settled.contract was taken out in 2007 and we at 2019.How can they still update this on my credit profile.?
