Poor customer service
I have sent my colleague to refinery limpopo mall store to get me a jersey, he bought the small size and something I don't like. I went to the store to return it and I was told because he used a debit card I should get something else and the store is not my favorite and I don't like their stuff. I would like to return the jersey because it was paid and I don't stay near that store

Few weeks ago i asked lewis to give us a break as were still mouring, my father's death. I then received a call from lewis since to date the lady said she'll call again in 30 minutes, and now they keep on calling me

Not happy with the service
Can this furniture store give us time to mourn and heal? Right now I am still paying for the funeral expenses and getting my mom the healing help she needs, while on the other hand my uncle is also sick I need a month break from paying them and their calls

Is your funeral cover a ****
I'm so disappointed on this so called Monarch insurance of Lewis stores, since my dad had an account with them upon opening the credit he refused to take the funeral cover but they said they won't approve his credit if he doesn't agree to take it, now my dad is no more we want to no about the claims but their phone is always say please hold for more than 5 hours every day is this some kind of ****. I am so angry right cause they'll call me left right and center every month yet now we can't reach them

Heartless
On the 20th I lost my father whom I was paying his account at Lewis stores that I told them he and my uncle are hospitalized, then on the 23rd I received a call from Lewis head office asking when am I going to pay the account. I told them I won't be able to as my dad passed away 😢. Then they called me again the 3rd I just answered them to move them from my ear cause guys we are still mourning and traumatized. Lewis has no sympathy and empathy I just hope my uncle will pull through so that he handles them. There's a lady by the name of Phylis she even said to me with attitude that she's doing her job. I don't have energy for Lewis may they never experience death
