I need vodacom to make me understand why are they ****ming me, why I you ****ming me on the data I bought? For heaven sake I use money to buy that data it's insane to take 8G a day, what the hell is that. I REPEAT VODACOM IT'S A ****

Disrespectful
It's irritating and disrespectful that I get from Lewis stores calling me on weekly basis while I told them the day that I am going to pay, and they're rude the lady who claim to be from the so called head office she's rude, lack customer service. My dad and uncle are hospitalized for heaven sake and I'm caring they're account yet I'll be harassed by calls each and every week. After payment before payment and it's irritating because those calls are adding the bills

Poor customer services
Yesterday I was called by someone from so called Lewis head office, I told him I'm going to pay 3 accounts that I am paying for my parents month end. Today I am called by the lady called Festena 2hours apart I'm now called by this number 066 295 7418 and the attitude of the lady is on another level. I would like to know that if I told the first person who called me the date I would make a payment, then they keep on calling what's that all about? To they want to increase the bill or what? Be Lewis stores customer at your own risk guys

Poor customer service
On the 31st December, I went to game store masingita mall giyani, the poor service i received from the guy Shabalala! Made me ask myself is it how he treats customers or it was just me? I gave him the stationery list he didn't even take the list and he just said they don't have everything that I was in need of. Without even checking them busy scratching himself

Poor customer service from head office
Asiphenathi the poor customer service, the guy is rude and he said I am complaining but I didn't pay the full installment. So I must have poor service because I didn't pay full installment? My father and uncle are in hospital for heaven sake and I reported that. The audacity of the guy saying he's head office, so we must receive poor service from head office? And their wardrobes are falling apart
