I'm so disappointed with quality of kiddies sneaker I bought a pair last year and the front was pulling off I the bought another pair end of January and the same thing happened the sneaker looks old as it's pulling off and the material is peeling off as well to spend over 300 and get this quality it's really disappointing
we have a claim with momentum for a fridge we did advise that it was lighting damages they seed out someone to check and we were advised that its not covered we need to re gas the fridge . we called our own provider to assist privately they then checked the fridge and advised that the gas is fine the fridge was damaged due to lightning and that the sensor is not working . my mom is a pensioner she pays almost 1k a month to momentum and he only had one claim in the past 3 years . now the meat in the fridge has gone bad while we wait for momentum to make up their minds . its festive she is losing food and money she cant even buy meat as the freezer is not working . someone better do something or we will cancel and take the claim to the ombuds
I HAVE NO WORDS FOR DISCOVERY REFUSING TO AUTHORISE A PROCEDURE MY 4 YEAR OLD TO REMOVE THE ADENOIDS AND TONSILS. SHE IS SUFFERING AND CANT BREATH AT NIGHT SHE SNORES AND HAS TO BREATH THROUGH THE MOUTH I WILL BE CANCELLING THIS **** MEDICAL AID . SO MY CHILD MUST SUFFER WHILE I PAY MEDICAL AID MONTLY AND HAVE BBEN A MENBER FOR OVER 10 YEARS
so i took my doctor to the casualty / emergency ward . she was treated then referred to an ent. i called discovery and was advised that the same authorization number will be valid for 24hours. i took my daughter there guess what they now needed the doctor to fill out a form and request auth that will take up to 3 days. i told them its fine i will pay cash then claim after i have the authorization then story changes to now you can't you have to wait for the authorization. i called the gp he asked for the form called discovery spoke to another consultant the he says you don't need the form only the referral letter i am up to my neck with this medical aid after even one of the consultants put my call back to the line when i requested to speak to a manager . finally spoke to a manager sunay who called the ent and guess what after she told me that this will be covered and i can send my claim for a refund the authorization department advised a need a new referral number . this is not sorted i paid cash when i have medical aid and no one knows where to access that stupid form that a gp must ****** form . I have had it i will be cancelling and moving and they will know me very well i will be all over the social media platform this is not on and the service is bad . someone needs to call me so i can get that authorization and claim back my money anbd move from this shameless medical aid
disappointed in the quality from Truworths a dress that was bought end of January for 599 and only worn twice now has small holes. NEXT THING THEY WILL TELL YOU ABOUT THE 30 DAY POLICY WITH ATTITUDE. I need someone to call me urgently regarding this matter.

Worst service ever I have been on the call using my own airtime and data only for them not to answer or disconnect calls and still after signing up with vox I still have no wifi and I have to call every day. even now I have been in hold for the past 12 min . I am still waiting for open serve to call me to connect my wifi maybe I should just cancel and use another service provider that will take me serious.
Had a car accident on the 1st called rain to inform them i had lost the router advised that they need to cancell they promised to call me back and nothing was done
I am simply tired of discovery medial aid it's always a hustle when one has to claim back from the medical aid. I submitted my invoice and received an email stating that claim will be sorted out between 2 to 3 days. 5 days later I get an email that I need to submit an invoice which I already have. Now the consultant told me that the claim was captured but the funds have not been released, and that i must wait 3 to 5 days. I HAVE AN OPERATION SHEDULED FOR THE 14TH I HONESTLY DONT NEED THIS STREAA AGIN BELIVE YOU ME I WILL BE CHANGING TO MOMENTUM MEDIACAL AID
Please stay away from novus loans its a scam .
