I am relly not happy with the service I'm receiving from intellicell
I lost my daughter on 21 August 2021 and we submitted everything to old mutual to claim for her pansion fund. She left me with a 9 days old baby girl and a 12 year old boy. My grand children have been suffering since I don't get any income on my side. Everytime me and my elder daughter who is the owner for this account we try to follow up we are told the same thing that money is ready for payment. What type of claim is this? Why does it take this long?. It seems like no one is willing to assist us. What should I do with my grand children? Or must I bring them to your offices? I'm fortunate Dlamini(8804280693083) I have a cellphone contract with the company and I'm currently on maternity leave I tried to call so I can make payment arrangements and I was always told someone will call me back until yesterday when I spoke to a lady who told me they do not make payment arrangements when you on maternity leave so I asked her since I don't have any source of income and I will only be depending on the uif so how are we gonna work she told me she wasn't sure. I'm really not happy with the company right now
My 5 stars goes to 2 employees of Checkers Hyper in Rosebank mall (Johannesburg) for a great customer service. Big up to Tozi Shabangu and Samson Mthethwa you guys are the best, Checkers in Rosebank mall wouldn't survive without employees like you. there was another lady who was assisting them but didn't get a chance to get her name. I was there to collect cash using M Number and they didn't have cash and I couldn't go to any other Checkers since that was the only one close to me. Tozi Shabangu and Samson Mthethwa were so humble and tried their level best to assist me.
I want to rate Bright who delivered my parcel today. He's got a great customer service. Big to to Bright keep up the good work.
Thank you to Bonitta from Intellicel customer care who assisted me in updating my cellphone on their system. Apparently CCD was supposed to courier my cellphone to me but they still had the cellphone number which is no longer active. i decided to call intellicel customer care and spoke to Bonnita. She was so friendly and very patient when she assisted me. She's the best customer care Champion big up to Bonnita.
A month ago I gave a compliment to Noxolo from the collections department because she was able to assist me with payment arrangements. Today Capitec bank ruined the arrangement that me and her made. Capitec was supposed to debit R740 last month and this month then make proper arrangements after this month debit order. To my surprise today an amount of R1436 was debited from my account, I would like the balance to be reversed back into my account as this will cause my policies to bounce. I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I need this to be rectified urgently. Your feedback and assistance will be highly appreciated.
Big up to Noxolo from the collections department who assisted me with my payment arrangements yesterday (09 September 2020). She gave me a great service and she was able to listen to me when I explained my financial difficulties to her. I am truly so happy with Noxolo's excellent service
I contacted Eloff branch in Johannesburg to make Payment Arrangements because of the situation we currently facing in South Africa but I was told to call customer care. I called the number 0860667718 but I was on the line for 24 minutes until my airtime finished, the voice Prompts kept on saying they are experiencing a very high volume of calls. My question is, how are going to get assistance if we can't even get through to customer care? I understand that they have a high volume of calls but they should allow the branches to assist us with Payment arrangements. This is a very poor service, they should have plan B atleast. I am a loyal client and I wanted to make things right with them on time but I'm failing to get through. Can some one please assist me because I need to make these payment Arrangements. I will like to take this opportunity to thank Thendo from Capitec bank (Eloff Street) in Johannesburg,who gave me a very excellent customer service. I approached Capitec Bank because I was desperate for help and she was willing to assist.
