Worst Courier Company in SA
Shocking! Terrible! Wish online stores would stop making use of this company. Deliveries delayed by weeks or missing. Same story every time I see the courier for my online order is Fastway - I just know it is going to be a mess.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Designing my fiancé's wedding band with Poggenpoel Diamond Jewellers was an absolute pleasure. Maret, in particular, was lovely to work with. She constantly made sure she understood what we had envisioned and communicated well keeping me up to date throughout the entire process. To top it off the ring is beautifully made.

DISORGANISED
I placed an order with Charming Shoes in August for a pair of shoes I needed for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid. I contacted them first asking if the shoes would be delivered by a certain date and they assured me that they would, only for me to find out that they were shipped incorrectly and would only be delivered a week after the wedding. We eventually came to somewhat of a solution and, therefore, I decided to order from them again in November for my own wedding. The pair of shoes arrived today - a completely different shoe from what I ordered online. This company is disorganized and they need to work on their customer service. When trying to rectify mistakes that they made they act as if they are doing you a favour. Customers do not want to hear excuses or know who the blame is shifted onto - they want to be valued and they want you to take the fact that they pay you money and trust that you will deliver seriously, especially when said payment is required well in advance. The shoes are lovely and very comfortable after the first few wears, but unfortunately they are just not worth the hassle.

Of the 4 times I have ordered from Andiccio24 Hazelwood in the past 2 years through both their website and UberEats they have either been out of stock on items I have already paid for or delivered the wrong items. Not worth ordering from them, I always regret giving them another try.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Getting your order is easy and fast, but they will make no effort to communicate with you or answer emails when there is a problem. Reviews of products on their website are also useless, as they first have to be submitted and approved by them before they are posted.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY
Do not order from this company. I waited for weeks past the expected delivery time for leather shoes that I ordered and the owner kept lying about the product being sent. They did not answer calls and selectively responded to emails with untruthful information. All negative Facebook posts from their page are deleted to give you a false idea that they are trustworthy. Consumers were previously happy with their products and service, but they no longer have the supplier that they then had and I am quite sure they don't have any stock to sell at all and are just taking people's money based on previous positive reviews of them. I had to get a lawyer involved just to get my money back.
