My internet connection speed has dropped very low for more than two months and I have kept contacting Rain support logging faults, still today no reply no fixing nothing, they are quite but the monthly debits go through smoothly every month, the connection is slower than 2g connection and we were promised a minimum of 4mbs but I’m getting less than 1mbs
My policy was under one year review and Lerato Mathebe was helping with my premium review. She was friendly and willing to look into helping me get the best premium of which at the end she did.
I just made my first claim via miway app which was very easy and happy of them attending my claim very quickly.
During time of lockdown, it has been a little hard to go to work for us essential employees, bus the Interstate bus line has made time to arrange and try to accommodate everyone by updating their schedule every time we the passengers complained. This has made working during this time a little less of stress #supportlocal
I just took a contract with Cartrack as it was a requirement on my car insurance but since the 29th of June 2019 they have not contacted for installation, I called them on their Free State branch number the phone is being picked up, even called the insurance(MIWay) they tried putting me through but still there was no answer, now I’m stuck with their contract but with no tracking device on my car, already I’m gonna be charged pro rata fees but my car is still not covered for theft and hijack since I don’t have a tracking device on my cat
