Inhumane and ******** behaviour from bus driver-Kenny Tshabalala. This evening, 11.06.24, I boarder the 18:00pm Mokwena (Thaba Nchu)Bus, going through town and Thaba Nchu Police Station. At approximately 6:55 pm the bus passed through Senkie's Tarven, Trentyre, etc. As it approached my stop, i stood at the door waiting for the driver to open so I could get off but soo. I realised that wasn't in his plans. I realised He wasnting going to stop as He further drove towards the Stop sign. I request that he let me off, but He blatantly refused , saying "This isn't a Stop" ( No it wasnt, He had drove passed it) . I attempted to let him know that he had passed my stop ( I did this because its only been a couple of months since the in-side town routes have been approved, so thought he may hace not been aware) however with disregard to me, he drove off to the next stop which is about 550m away from The direction im supposed to go. He dropped me off near the Tbaba Nchu Police Station at 7pm. I had to walk all the way back to Monowick alone in this winter even. The most inhuman act in this unsafe RSA, to deliberately make a woman walk in the dark alone. I mean the is a reason why the routes have been established in the town section to curb risk of being mug, ****d or any other sort of assault, which has been the case in previous years. This bus driver Kenneth Tshabalala Subjected me to this risk , God forbid if something would have happened. I'm disappointed by the lack of Ununtu displayed by his employee. He striped me , a regular commuter of the IBL of my dignity.

Bad horrible service with rude staff. I went there to load trips(pay for travelling fare) but didn't have my bank card with me so opted to use my phone to tap but was rudely told the company doesn't allow phone tapping yet they allow tapping with a card, arrived late at work because of this

On Sunday the 12/02/2023 at 13:37 had a terrible experience that nearly caused a fatal crash. I was driving from Botshabelo to Bloemfontein when I came across Interstate bus that was driving from Bloemfontein direction towards Botshabelo. As I came closer to the bus, the bus shot a stone the hit and cracked my windscreen and I nearly caused an accident Fortunately I managed to control my vehicle until it was stationery. I then immediately called Interstate and informed them about my situation then they said i must report the incident at the Depot near Hostel one in Bloemfontein, I then went and stated my case and the took my particulars and they promised me that their supervisor will call me on Monday the 13/02/2023 but nothing happened. On Tuesday the 14/02/2023 I sent Interstate an email stating my case, on 15/02/2023 I received a call from Interstate and they said they can not assist me with anything because its not their problem that I came under such situation. I then requested the gentlemen to put everything he told me in writing and nothing has been done yet. Now I understand why so many fatal crashes on our roads, it is because of the same attitude we get from this Big companies who does not care about the life's of ordinary South Africans. Anyone who can help please do so that we save the life's of many more voiceless citizens.

When is it acceptable for a bus to be late. For how long? And what procedures should be followed? We have been sitting outside waiting for a bus that was suppose to depart at 01:40, time went about 30 minutes, and I eventually enquired about the state, which was when it was communicated to me that it is late, and an estimation of one hour the the bus will arrive. Fast forward an hour later, no communication, it is now 03:25. Were sitting on the floor cold, and very frustrated that we have to now go back again and ask. Which will be another hour. Like is this acceptable?

I'm disappointed with Cindy Botma the Human Capital lady. My mother went for retirement last year in March 2020 and I have since made her aware that my mother's pension was paid from 1992 and she was appointed in 1983, according to the documents for claiming UIF she was registered in 1983 but the pension registered in 1992. I have went to the company several times, being sent from pillar to post without any help. I was very polite about the whole ordeal and decided to leave everything as it is. My mother decided to approach someone in the company and finally we got the information in September 27 2021 that she was previously under another pension fund with Another financial institution. I then called Cindy to request her to contact the financial institution to request the file just find out what happened to my mother's pension fund between 1983 and 1992. She was so rude to me and told me that my mother must do that on her own since she is no longer part of the company. I reported the mater to Vuyo because I was told he is the manager, Vuyo referred me to Marita who was not in the office. Cindy requested that I speak to Botsane the guy who works for the Union. At this moment no one has come back to me or my Mom. I want to know, does Interstate do this to its employees especially those who are illiterate. I requested to be connected to Mr Mokgothu, I'm still waiting. My mother has worked for her money and she must get it

During time of lockdown, it has been a little hard to go to work for us essential employees, bus the Interstate bus line has made time to arrange and try to accommodate everyone by updating their schedule every time we the passengers complained. This has made working during this time a little less of stress #supportlocal

So today I boarded a bus with my little brother and my Dad (speech impaired). The bus was from Bethlehem to Thaba Nchu, both in the Free State. The driver stopped at a Ficksburg garage and by then we did not need to use the toilet or buy anything. Usually over these years, in my experience the drivers will communicate with passengers by informing them which places they would make a stop. Others don't say anything, however they would stop both at the Ficksburg garage and also stop at Clocolan. So today's driver left me and my brother at Clocolan. He saw many busses parked in at Clocolan and decided to leave anyway. My Dad says he tried to inform the driver that there are passengers left behind. But that was just a futile exercise. Long story short. We had to pay for hiking (asking for a lift) and had to pay for the lift from a stranger. Clocolan - Thaba Nchu. I managed to communicate to the Dispatch employees and they guaranteed the driver would pay us the money we had used for the lift. But the driver got there all rude (IBL offices) and said he won't give any refund portion because he would've still refused for us to go out even if we asked. Obviously he doesn't care about our health/whether had to buy something. Clearly the problem was miscommunication between the driver and I. The other employees were so helpful. The driver was outstandingly rude. I hope his children get to experience something worse than this ????
