I went there to buy a pair of shoes and the cashier offered me a spray claiming that it's gonna protect the shoes and I rejected it and and went on to tell him that I know those things don't work and asked him to hurry as we were in a hurry, my wife paid and we left, to our suprise when I wore the shoes some 5 days later, the spray was in the plastic and the mother****er had charged us 300 for that stupid spray we had rejected.
They have the worst after sales.... They have this money they deduct immediately after signing up but in my case, they didn't and after that, they handed me over and ruined my credit profile, I then paid the amount manually and guess what, it's been two months and they still haven't informed the credit bureaus that the account is settled and now am chasing after them like a headless chicken... They're worse than auto and general
I think they've become too big to care about clients; they approved my fibre application and had to wait until they sent installers. When the installers came, they did half a job or at least that's what their consultant says when I call the call centre. I phoned yesterday and the lady went as far as telling me the technician was going to attend to me today on the third of December 2024 at 10, when he didn't arrive, I phoned again and the consultant said no technician was dispatched to my place, if I cancel, they threaten to block any provider from helping me, either that or I pay close to R4000 . Don't allow them otherwise you'll be stuck like me.
Yoh RCS bafethu, these guys are a **** and believe it or not , they make money by ensuring your account is in arrears at all times. We skipped 2/3 months of our R500 installments and paid a whopping R13900 but the next month, our account was in arrears and debt collectors who knew nothing about our account were calling us acknowledging our payment yet saying our account in in arrears.
They dont even deserve a star. They were supposed to debit the homeloan amount from our bank account as per normal, but they didn't for aome reason only known to them and told my wife that she was supposed to deposit it, I believe they are trying to get our account into arrears because we terminated our relationship. The bank is a **** and I hate them, please do yourself a huge favour and do not find yourself in any relationship with them, they are always on the benefitting end.
I was happy when they installed their fibre at our area ,not knowing that we were going to be stuck with evil itself. Now we don't have fibre ,not because its not available but because frogfoot is super expensive, I pay more than 30% of what a person who lives in an area covered by open-serve. Is it not possible to have all of them in one area so we choose, we really need an alternative
Bad horrible service with rude staff. I went there to load trips(pay for travelling fare) but didn't have my bank card with me so opted to use my phone to tap but was rudely told the company doesn't allow phone tapping yet they allow tapping with a card, arrived late at work because of this
Horrible, even if you get a R1 ticket, don't buy it... Bought a 23:55 ticket and it's almost 2 am ,we just boarded a bus that I'm not even sure when it's gonna depart...
This company took over a company called freedom live and my mother in law had a policy which I was responsible for paying, I had been paying this policy for a number of years but since they tookover, every month I used the pay@ option to pay, it kept declining and when I emailed them attaching screenshots of rejected payments, they didnt reply, when we called, they said the policy lapsed and we told them that the payment couldnt go through, they said theu would call back, this was a few weeks back and to date we still waiting, I really wish we were still with freedom live cz this one aint gonna work out.I want all the money I paid ober the years if they cant reinstate that policy
Ive been comaplaining about rejecting their request to deduct from my account via debicheck and I rejected one recently but I woke up with these losers having deducted, Im on my way to the bank to reverse it along with the valid ones they deducted a couple of months ago, Am cancelling every business I have with them... my advise, do not sign up for any product with MIway coz once rhey have your bank account, theyll sign you up for all their products
