Fault been on going for more than 48 hours still no communication from these people . Logged a complaint no reply. They quick to increase their ****ing prices but don't do any maintenance, is this normal? Pole was on fire Eskom response was keep the people away from the people ***. Fault number :886229932 I don't expect a response.
Been trying to get accounts removed that been closed for years. Sent closure letters for all the companies Each time they ask for same details. What the **** do you want me to come do your job for still. These are people that manage our financial data. After complaining they added fake financial enquiries, if this not sorted will take it further.
Complete waste of time. They can't even follow a simple email trail. How do we even trust them with our financial data, ****ing blows my mind.
Have been trying to get a refund for more than two weeks now and each time I call each agent tells me a new story. Last guy I spoke to Trevor just refused to speak further, When I asked to speak to his managner. But I guess this is the quality of service they offer you when they got your money. They should really consider giving there staff proper customer training and inform them how to do there job, cause really a financial institution that cannot do a simple refund imagine how they treat your personal data.
The driver had to wait for me to come down to ground floor, he waited max 3 mins , he told me i wasted he time , and the food was all on floor and he drove off. *** ................................ , Call center agents are no better they don't give a ****.
