Had a 24 months contract with cellc missed one payment,cellc handed me Shapiro Shaik Defries and associates the following month cellc dented twice. Ever since I've been harassed with emails and amount been hiked recently. Cellc can't even provide them with my history of payments over that 24 months
Unfair bad service, according to the billing invoice everything is up-to-date. October 2025 debate paid and got Nov 2025 amount to be paid. Next thing 10 Nov 2025 all services suspended went to Telkom shop was told I need to be R240 extra not showing on billing invoice they didn't even notice me about any possible suspension. Sad part all there services intended for study . They luck communicating skills

Rented car Avis Cape town international airport 8 December 2024 to 11 December 2024 upon pickup Avis employee had device note pad like with existing damages. Spotted many damaged not on that device, showed Avis employee starting with dent on exhaust stretches around car thinking he's noting them down we are inspecting together. I took pictures of all damages not on their device. On 11 December 2024 returned car we went through car again was told everything still same signed and was told will get my refund within 7 days. Hours later was sent picture of same scratch I spotted and took picture by email that they did another inspection while not present. Bad service my account was in arrears 1 month, following month paid in full. Was told I wait 6 days to 10 days before they can unsuspend my services WI Fi is used by school children.
