Good Day I have requested a copy of the recording between myself and Tumelo and it has been 2 weeks almost and no email with link to recording ? I know their policy states 7 working days as I have received previous recording from them within 7 days !!!!!! I would like to escalate the matter to the Ombudsman and the Insurance board of SA. I want to make it clear that they are not complying with my request ! They are therefore not following their own rules and denying me the right to the recording by simply not helping me or saying that someone is busy with my profile ….. Legal action will follow …….
The most incompetent company I have ever come across ... They do not know what their stock levels are nor what gets booked to who as they charged me for a router I never received. I spoke to their staff and he said he would pass a credit note. Needless to say I called their staff again to find out NO credit note made and NO notes made to my account ..... Absolutely useless and incompetent this company !!! A horror movie to experience when you can only chat via whatsapp and it takes forever to reach someone ... Useless
So they took money from my account saying they gave me a router which was false .... I took my old router from my previous installation and even so I paid the claw back to cancel my current and setup my new home with fiber. In short they are so incompetent that they cannot even do their admin properly. They should know what stock they have and where it has been allocated, but typical SA they now have taken my money and said the best they can do is credit me ?? If I need credit I will go to my bank you idiots !!! I want my money that you stole from me you *******s ......... So now I must just accept the outcome and shut my mouth ? I hope for their part they will credit me or I will push criminal case ( Theft under false pretense ). They are so pathetic that they cannot even manage their admin or stock ....
Spoke to someone in their pet insurance department and advised them that I want to take a break financially from my pet insurance but want to keep my vehicle insurance active for my car and bike..... She would not have any of it ..... She kept asking why , what has changed to our conversation prior today ... She would not acknowledge my cancellation request and started harassing me ... I asked her multiple times to assist me and she would not listen to me. I told her this is harassment and that I will take the matter further with my attorney. I dropped the phone in her ear as I could not take this anymore ....
Been trying to cancel my services since before 25th of May and every time they transfer me to cancellations department Willie the retarded bot drops the ball and I end up right where I started .... Been trying for a while now and getting so tired that I might end up reporting them to the ISP board and ombudsman as this is ridiculous !!!
So this is our first time purchasing a house and we had the WORST experience EVER !!! STAY AWAY from REMAX if you do not want to be held hostage by them .... We went to look at a house in Wellington that was for sale for 1.8 mil. MY partner said that she would prefer getting pre approved on her own with her choice. The sales agent Marieke Meiring ( Sales Associate ) advised us that she can also do the pre approval with her people and we said no thanks we will check ourselves. We then got feedback from our people that we do NOT qualify for the house. We advised her and she lost her marbles.... She said that we are wasting her time and that she can FORCE us to continue with the application even though we told her that we do NOT qualify !!!!!! Needless to say she forced us to submit the application anyway even though we said it is going to fail.... We were forced against our will to apply for the house knowing we will not get it ?? How stupid can one person be ? So in short she single handedly made this the WORST experience EVER and I feel so sorry for all the rentals and home owners going through Remax ( Sales Associate ) as she holds you hostage and gets rude !!! I never ever ever want to see the name REMAX again in my LIFE !!! I will be reporting her to the letting agency of South Africa and taking this matter further.... ( PPRA & Tribunal ) Horrific experience ......
So I got a sms to say my Capitec card will be delivered on Friday between 2-4 pm .... Needless to say they never pitched up. They have the audacity to send me a sms and state that they could not get a hold of me and was unable to make the delivery ? What complete **** to cover their poor service delivery !! I had to call them AGAIN and make arrangements for Wednesday between 2-4 pm. I started laughing because I cannot believe that they give such **** service. I educated them as to what an Estate means ( It means I have a security at the gate so you cannot talk lies and say you could not reach me because the security would inform me by means of a phone call ) I am just so over this country ..... Service delivery is non existent and it is sad to see the country go from stable to ****ed ... Now I must cancel my afternoon again to sit and wait the whole ******* day for these idiots to arrive if they feel like it . I cannot fetch it and these idiots cannot deliver it so what must I do ? Perhaps inform the bank of their incompetence ?
Been having a horrific experience with these useless people. I was told that I have 2 services for my vehicle with the purchase and when I tried to arrange the service I was told that there is no services on my vehicle by their Innovation Group they use. I can NEVER reach the staff who sold me the vehicle and I NEVER get called back which is pathetic. I was told that the car papers would take a few days and a month later I am still waiting ...... I find it strange that they are still in business and advertise they are the best but in reality they are pathetic ... I am so tired of running around trying to reach someone to service my car or get authorization from them. I wish I never bought a car from them. Biggest mistake of my life ... I would not recommend these people...... 0 Customer service .......
I was approved for the Chev Captiva 2.4 LT Auto at the banks and applied for finance because of the Dekra report and what faults there were. He said I would have it by Wednesday the latest and he was taking it to Dekra again for a full report. I was confused as the website states Dekra FULL REPORT SUMMARY ..... How can it go for Dekra gain ?? So now the sales guy Imran at Brackenfell branch said he has a situation with another client and just passed me on to Marcon his senior I was told. I called Marcon and his phone was off... I drove to the branch and stood by reception for over 15 min waiting until she called his cellphone and passed the phone to me. Marcon had no idea who I was and what I called for which is very unprofessional .... He now told me that the CV joints were damaged and needed to be replaced, but the steering noise as the Dekra report states on their website is not a concern it is the CV's ?? False reports then ?? Now the Dekra has changed and the price also at my expense ? I do NOT want to damage my credit score by applying for finance the whole time and this impacts me negatively .. Marcon said he would assist by sending the info to me by end of day today 6 pm and to no avail …. Still waiting for the documents to sign off ..... In short they made me wait for 15 min like a fool,no one was on site, the Dekra has changed and the deal also, the ETA frustrates me and the very poor customer service I received ( HORRIFIC !!! ) I want the vehicle less all this other hassles and changes if possible ? Why does it have 2 DIFFERENT reports from the same company ? What is going on ? It would help your customers feel more at ease if your incompetent staff could learn customer relations ... A phone call goes a long way and if you say you will call or send a mail then DO IT !!! Pathetic service really ..
