British International Removals POOR/BAD SERVICE and NO SHIPPING!
We used BIR's services to move our items from South Africa to Morocco. Everything was packed on December 9, 2025, and after two months of excuses or no responses to our emails, we're now faced with the problem/excuse that they couldn't ship due to the war in the Middle East. This is a clear example of incompetence and bad faith. I wonder if our goods will ever be shipped, or if this tactic will simply result in us paying for a service we'll never receive, and losing all our goods.0 replies

HISENSE BAD PRODUCTS AND SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
STAY AWAY FROM BUYING HISENSE PRODUCTS!!! I bought a HISENSE 55" TV last year and from day one I am having troubles. They send out plenty technicians that could not fix the problem and now it is months that they disappeared not replying to my emails and call and messages!!!! ... and of course my TV is still not working properly after about 18 months!!! BAD QUALITY and mainly BAD SERVICE (to be honest the service do not exist!!!).0 replies
