I don’t know what else to do I’ve been logging emails and tickets since last year November regarding my refund with this company , nobody responds at all I’ve been spamming them with emails every single day and still no response at all I have contacted ICSA nobody is responding as well there , nobody seems to care about this company ****ming people , there’s no direct number the emails don’t work their WhatsApp never works , they always offline which is lies they running away from paying people , I’ve been requesting fo my refund since November and I am still struggling to get it !! I am highly upset and disgusted that a business simply just doesn’t care about their customers they jus take money and disappear they don’t even care about the hello Peter comments because I’ve logged so many but it’s another dead end !!!
I am so tired of this company they are big ****mers they take your money with no response for 3 months now regarding my refund I sent my banking details still nothing I am not getting any help at all and this it’s impossible to get a reply , there’s no number and their email addresses don’t work at all

Highly upset at this company they are *****sters and they think they can hide away with agreements, they took 2 payments off my account which I've never shared banking details with they automatically told me that the card I use to pay they will charge it and there's nothing I can do I have reached the end of my subscription yet they still taking money from me when I asked for a refund nobody responds but when it's time to take the money they quick to respond I am very upset they don't take their customers serious at all, it's all about the money for them and the fact that they have no direct line is ***** because they ***** people's money and you can't get hold of them!! They took 2 payments and all I hear is the matter has been escalated I want my money back ASAP I'm never doing business with this company ever again they are the worst and their customer service is non existent
Very disappointed at the way things was handled when I signed up at the K90 branch in Boksburg, the consultant Eugina that helped me sign up just did me wrong, she did not explain to me that after I pay my activation fee I would be debited for a whole month fees even if I don't go, I was told when I signed up that I qualify for the 50% discount for the 1st 3 months, to my surprise after I paid my activation fee the 6th of May a debit order went off my account for the normal price without any discounted amount, mind you I haven't even been after I paid my activation fee up until now, I went to query this and I was told that the consultant advised me incorrectly becaus only after the 1st debit goes off then I will qualify for the special, here I am now my account is in arrears accordingly to them as I reversed my debit becuase it was unauthorised, I'm bei g told that it would be escalated to the sales manager which I know nothing will happen, I wanted to cancel the membership and I was told I will still be liable to pay the arrears, I feel that this is very unfair and ******** as I haven't even been to the gym ever since I paid my activation fee and the consultant did not explain the proper thing to me, I refuse to pay anything until this is sorted or cancelled, I don't think it's fair that I must pay for nonsense when they have consultants that just wanna make sales and not care about the consequences of their ****?!!
I took a loan of R2000 from this stupid company, I accepted a debit order mandate for the 25th this stupid company went and debited my account on the 22nd firstly which is not what I agreed to, secondly when I raised the issue I was told they track my account 3 days before and I don't get charged fees , which is total bull**** as my account went I to a minus as there was no money and I got charged an unpaid debit order fee from my bank because this company ********ly debited on the 22nd i have proof of the Sms that was sent confirming they would debit on the 25th but they debit on the 22nd, I was also told my salary date falls on a weekend, but the 25th is today so what nonsense is this, their agents are unhelpful and don't even try to solve my issue just stupid automated responses, I wnat my fees paid back to me as this was caused by their ****!
Highly upset woke up this morning to find out this company has double debited my account without my consent, they had the nerve to send me a message saying they have overcharged me and the refund will take place 3-5days I will not wait for my money 3-5 days as you guys took it immediately I want my money back ASAP THIS IS *****ING AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! you can't just take people's money and expect them to wait to get a refund it's ********!! I want my money back today!!
I am so highly upset, I ordered online using the woolies dash service, I have ordered in the past and the process was fine and the delivery was great, Today the 28th August 2023 I placed an order online everything went fine with the ordering, but when if came to the delivery it was the worst service I have ever received from a driver mind you a woman!! Her name is Brenda I am based in Boksburg so I am not sure which woolies it came from but anyway she calls me before delivering asking if she is at the right place but I could hear from the get go the attitude in her voice, fine I left it and she got to my door when I opened she has the nerve to just start telling me nonsense about " in future make sure your address is correct as BY LAW if the address is not the goods will be returned, mind you my address on the app is fine I told her this but she still had an attitude to tell me that she reported to head office so I don't know what I am gonna do, like am I supposed to be scared like ***!!! I will certainly not be using woolies dash any longer as your driver BRENDA is very disrespectful!!
So disgusted on this Saturday morning at the level of attitude received from one of the security ladies standing at the platform, my friend stepped by mistake on the yellow line and she was told to move and she did the security lady had the nerve to walk up to my friend and told her that she will throw her out the next time she steps on the line, I did not know that security's are allowed such behavior to tell commuters such nonses, it was disrespectful on another not The name of this person is Isono Thatha at Rhodes field station
I am highly upset I have been with FNB for years as my bank and yet they can't assist me, I have spoke to so many consultants to assist me with blocking a debit order once and for all, I was told that it was stopped and will not go through again, here we are again it's the 3rd month I've just spoke to a consultant by the name of Leoma that told me that there is nothing FNB can do what the hell as my bank I expect the debit order to be blocked because it is not authoriser at all but my bank allows it and Leoma states they can't do anything because the debit order details change every month so they cannot guarantee that it won't go through, this is insane because I have been charged unpaid debit fees as I had to stop the debits myself, I refuse to pay R400 for unpaid debit fees as I've tried to stop this debit for months now without any joy, no manager gets back to me when I request for one and I get automated mails stating my query will be looked into but never does, I do not know what to do anymore but to close my account and go to another bank because FNB IS VERY USELESS!!!!
