31st January 2025, my 24 months contract expired. February 2025 I called, spoke to consultant we agreed on paying R459 per month, not a contract. On the 7th February 2025,I was called by their consultant giving me 24 months price lock contract for R299, I agreed but explained that I was going to pay R459 including extra view, and she said including extra view I will pay R399, asked her many times to confirm R399 as I know what happens in the past. She confirmed R399 and promise that R399 will be debited for 24 months. Suddenly on 1st March 2025, R573 was debited, which I didn't have any agreement for it. I called and emailed. I even explained that if this happened again, I am going to reverse so that they can stick to our agreement of R399, as I was supposed to be paying R459 which I did pay in February 2025. Then R519 was debited on the 1st April 2025, without my consent or approval as the is nowhere we did agreed with both amount. I was ****med for R790 by an agent of DStv. Can you please help 🙏
For more than 15 years, we have been complaining of not getting water during the day from 05h30 to 21h00,no water. Neighbors in front are getting water 24/7. When Trucks are getting water and we are not. We only get water when it rains and if Trucks are not.
On the 2nd February 2025,I called dstv and spoke a gentleman, whom we agreed that I will be paying R459, which will be including channels 161 and 202,that will include extra view and pvr services. I even transferred R459 from my account successfully. On the 7th February 2025, I was called by Ms Amahle telling me that they intending to give me a discount and I will be paying R299,as surprised as I was, I asked her about my package as it was including extraview and pvr, and she said if that included, I will be paying R399 and it will be 24 months price-lock. I was happy as I knew I did have bad experience with dstv. To my surprise on the 1st March 2025, R573 was debited from my account and no explanation was given, I wrote complaint to their customer service, to no joy. On the 1st April 2025 R519 was debited, as promised, I reversed this 2 amounts as I never had any agreement about it. If it was R459 or R399, I wouldn't have any problems as I knew that's was one of our agreement. Can you please help, maybe I don't understand. If our agreement is R459 and you called for discount, will a discount be more than our previous agreement. Please help as this happened more than 3 years back and its repeated again. I am doing this for my wife and kids. We can live with openview. But ethics must be prevailed by DSTV(Multichoice).
On the 24th April 2019, I was bumped at the road, claiming with Oakhurst was an excellent experience. I spoke to many consultants, but Amore-Mia Branders was the best person who gave me excellent service, keeping me updated, she went an extra mile to make me feel like a king, thanks very much Mia, keep up the good work you did and continue serving others the same way you helped me.
