Support agents take long to do work and then make it seem like we should fix the query ourself referring us to a website guide that does not answer the question being asked
Call centre agent needs training Didn’t know what was needed to check an outage Advised that one week without fibre is actually normal And it sometimes takes a month for an update or to be fixed

Being charged for a reward dstv gave Agent advised it has been reversed but still nothing now agents say they can't see anything on their side and can't assist
