What a disappointment! After more than 2 and a half years of being tagged along by the IDC, only for our obituary to already be written. The BAT department is the worst division, led by people who force businesses into business rescue so they can be bought by ******* ****s that work with ******* officials for their own gain. We are highly dissatisfied and have no confidence in this team. There was no document that they requested which we could not provide and when we are at the last stages of our dealings, they cannot take our case to their investment committee, wow!
Good day, I had written to Pioneer Foods beginning of June this year, and to date, nothing has been done regarding my query ref # BO23-06-121. I followed my email and telecom up with a whatsapp message and pictures of the bugs that had attacked the weet-bix that we had bought to Stacy on the 06/06/2023. We are dissatisfied with this product and would like a refund or some form of compensation for this. It has been 3 months and we had followed up, with no response.
We had booked to take our vehicle (Vito) in today at Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview. When our driver tried to drive the car, it didn't want to move. It was starting fine but refused to go into gear. I then called customer care and requested for a tow truck to take the car to Mercedes-Benz Bedfordview. They then brought a technician to diagnose the vehicle, to tell us the same thing, that we needed a tow truck. We are now told that we need to pay R1,500 for a call out fee on something we never asked for. Our vehicle is still here and when we asked for a tow truck, we are now told that the matter is still being investigated. We honestly feel as though this is unfair and we did not mind paying for the tow truck, but not the technician who we never requested for.
Best service award goes to Aubrey. Wow!!! This gent made my evening on Saturday. He had a smile throughout the entire experience and really put a smile on my exhausted face, after 3 funerals in my family. Keep up the good work Aubrey, you gave me a reason to smile again.
I bought Mama's pies and made them for lunch for my boys and husband. Needless to say they could not separate and all tasted sour. This was the first time I was this disappointed with them.
Not happy with my order. We ordered Nandos (Columbine Square) through Mr D. There was no option of half hot and half lemon and herb. At the bottom of the order, we gave a description that we required half hot and half lemon & herb. We only got lemon and herb. We would have rather had hot instead. My husband and I never eat anything but the hot flavour and my kids do also eat hot at times. We refuse to eat what we don't want to eat, we need a refund if they can't exchange this order.
I had intended on canceling my contract due to being retrenched but ended up speaking to a very pleasant Busi Sithole, who assisted me and I managed to lower my monthly premiums by more than R600. I am staying with MiWay, we appreciate you at difficult times like these, thank you. From a happy customer.
To date we have not received any assistance at Virgin Active. My husband and I are not at all pleased with the level of service we have received. We went to Virgin Active in Glenvista 3 times last week and all we get are empty promises that our case is being handled. We were not informed about the vitality activation fee when we signed up with Zibusiso (in Little falls) and he has been sick since. We would like to cancel our membership due to dishonesty.
