Chicken was boiled and over cooked I'm not happy at all ,it was a waste of my money

Refund still not received
I'm not happy at all ,i requested for a refund June 2023 as my kids are no longer attending school there ,i went to school and submitted all the relevant documents that they asked me to submit ,I've been sending emails to their accounts department till today i haven't received my refund ,its now over a year

Letter of Completion
I have completed my qualification with them i lost two employment upportunities, at first my qualification was not reflecting on MIE when they were verifying it in 2019 now I have spoken to Anne and Megan and asked for a letter that states that i have completed my qualification with their instution they reffered me to SAQA I have contacted SAQA and they are reffering me back to the institution.

I would like to thank the service i received from Thato and Ayanda from help desk ,they gave me the awesome service ,they kept on checking if i'm fine where i needed to call my dealer they made sure they transfer me instead of me using my airtime so i would like to thank Mi-way for employing such professional consultants.
