We have bought Husky Pet tin food for many years. Our Labrador is now 8 years old and enjoyed this pet food over all these years. Recently we bought tins which are now apparently a new recipe. Our dog started to have a running tummy and at one stage became very lethargic. We immediately stopped giving the Husky tin food and changed dog pallets as well. She recovered well until someone in our household gave her the Husky tin food again. Her tummy immediately got upset and started to become running again. We reported this on the Bob Martin website on 9/2/2026 with reference no W10927. As yet no response received.
Bought a WD2 wet and dry vacuum machine in June 2024 from Takealot. In March 2025 the machine started giving a very loud noise and not sucking properly. Machine was sent to Takealot who then sent it to Karcher for repairs. Karcher came back and said they will not honour the guarantee on the machine. No details given just a ridiculous quote to repair. Repair quote more than a new machine Takealot requested Karcher to contact us and to explain their reason for this situation. It is now about 2 weeks later and still no contact from Karcher and we have no machine. So much for having a guarantee We never had any issues with any other supplier regarding a guarantee claim
We used to get good service from this company. Recently purchased a black HP 203A toner cartridge which after only 10% usage started to print very feint. We requested assistance to get this cartridge replaced on 28/11/2024 with no reply to date. We sent an email on 2/12/2024 also no reply to date
Trying to return a faulty toner cartridge. Requested return of item on 9/2/2023. Loot requested certain documents and photos on 14/2/2023 which we replied on the same day. As at 2/3/2023 still waiting for a response from Loot. Ticket no generated by Loot is: ticket "207449 Loot Return - Order YWFL-390-B8A0 Also requested return of another faulty toner cartridge on 14/2/2023. No response from Loot even if their email reply reads: Someone from our customer service team will review it and respond shortly. As at 2/3/2023 still waiting for a response from Loot
Bought HP toner cartridges from this company through Loot. These were advertised as genuine HP cartridges and delivered in HP packaging as well. When we installed the Magenta cartridge the printer immediately gave us an error message. " Indicated cartridges blocked for containing a non-HP chip" This means the cartridges are not genuine HP products but pirate products. We paid full price for these cartridges and not the price of a generic cartridge as we know that generic cartridges are sold for between R 250 and R 750 each. This company is scamming the public
Order for upgrade was placed on 27/1/2016. Up to today (11/2/2016) we still have not received the upgrade handset. We contacted MTN who told us that the handset was delivered on Friday 5/2/2016, however it was not delivered to our address. We still have no handset. We are dealing with Phineas who is trying his best but cannot give us any idea when the handset will be delivered. He told us that the courier company has not come back to them regarding the handset. He also told us that they cannot send us another handset as the handset was already allocated to us. This is nonsense as they can just send us another handset and sort out the issue with the courier company later. We also tried to speak to a supervisor but were not successful as they are apparently in meetings. We are now held at ransom by MTN and the courier company as they cannot resolve their internal issues. All we want is the handset and we are not concerned with their issues. Our business suffers loss due to incompetency by either MTN or the courier company or both.
