Thank you to Shawnay Courtney Johnson REF: SR240903-340972 for assisting in having ny elderly mother to move her fiber to a new location she will be moving to. Shawney immediately realised my mom was stressed and requested if she and I (daughter) may continue the call in mom's attendance to have the issue sorted. She even fast tracked the process on their side and marked the order as urgent. Thanks again Shawnwy you are excellent at your job and we appreciate you . Keep it up!

This is my second bad review. I had to rejoin Bonitas due to new employment this year. I left Bonitas as a private paying member in 2020 due to the bad sertvice received from Pharmacy Direct. This time I really tried to keep my cool but after numerous phone calls the last 3 months just to obtain my chronic scripts, I have had enough. Pharmacy Direct is requesting my new script for chronic now for the last 3 months. I loaded the script on their portal, I mailed the script as well. Every month I have to call and request my medication. Chronic meds for hypertension CANNOT be stopped and then be taken again after 3 days without them. This is rediculous! This means I have to take time from my busy work schedule to call them monthly to request and advise about my chronic meds. Unfortunately I only realized this past long weekend my meds are finished. Therefore its been 2 days now without my hypertension meds. I always pay them immediately upon advi*****t of any co -payments and shortfalls. Therefore an account in arrears isd not the problem. Its just bad service.

Unfortunately I have to retract my previous good review. I am in the process of looking for new insurance. Everything she talked over the phone- I requested confirmation in writing which never happened. According to her she had family issues , but then the claim was not referred to somebody else???
